An NYPD officer claims in a $70 million lawsuit that he was transferred from his Queens patrol beat to a “dirty, rat-infested room” in a dangerous Staten Island housing project after a woman his partner gave traffic summonses to complained to his precinct.

Officer Sammari Malcolm’s partner gave summonses to Vivienne Duquesnay for talking on her cellphone while driving on Nov. 22, 2012.

Malcolm said that Duquesnay then “fabricated” claims they knew each other to his bosses.

After police investigated the complaint for over a year, Malcolm was “maliciously” transferred to the tough Staten Island posting, he claims in the suit.

The city, the NYPD and Duquesnay all are named as defendants.
