*** Police are seeking the identify of this man (above), who underwent emergency brain surgery last March and has since been unable to speak.

The mystery man was found unconscious at 3:48 a.m. on the corner of 47th Street and Queens Boulevard and taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was rushed into surgery for a brain hemorrhage, police said.

It was unclear how he wound up at that intersection, but doctors have told cops that his condition did not appear to be consistent with injuries sustained in an assault.

Cops have been unable to determine his identity because he did not have a wallet and no one has reported him missing to police.

He was described as 65- to 75-years-old, 5-foot-7 and 110 pounds. He’s balding with short brown hair and brown eyes and is missing his right thumb.

*** An East Flatbush man was charged yesterday with assault after he allegedly stabbed his girlfriend with a pair of scissors during a fight inside their apartment.

The suspect, Walter Harrison, 53, allegedly stabbed his girlfriend, whose name was being withheld, in the chest and under her jaw during a row at about 8:45 a.m. Thursday morning on Utica Avenue.

The 38-year-old victim fled the apartment and ran out into the street, where she asked a stranger to call 911, which brought cops rushing to the scene.

They followed her trail of blood to their apartment, where they heard moaning inside.

The cops forced the door open when no one opened it – and found Harrison with a cut on his forearm. He initially said he was the victim of his girlfriend and did not slash himself, but charges were only filed against him, according to court records.

The couple were taken to Kings County Hospital, where they were being treated for their injuries.

*** A 12-year-old boy on a school picnic in Prospect Park was surrounded by three teens, struck in the face and robbed of $1 yesterday afternoon, police said.

Two teens were later arrested and charged with robbery for pummeling and grabbing the dollar from the unidentified youngster’s pocket at around 2:30 p.m. near the south side of the Prospect Park Lake.

Police said the victim was part of a picnicking group from IS 218.

When he went off to buy a bottle of water, he was set upon by a group of kids from PS 73 and MS 10, whose classes were also in the park. They allegedly punched him in the face or wielded a stick before knocking him to the ground and emptying his pockets.

Paramedics treated the victim’s bruises with an ice pack and took him to a local hospital for tests as a precaution.

Meanwhile, the two teens, ages 13 and 14, meanwhile, were brought to the 76th Precinct, where they were charged with robbery. Other suspects are being sought, police said.
