QUEENS
*** A psychiatric outpatient became an inpatient after he was arrested for exposing himself and threatening a woman at Creedmoor Hospital, authorities said yesterday.
Joseph Dixon, 23, was busted Friday, according to a spokeswoman for Queens DA Richard Brown.
Sources said that on Aug. 15, Dixon exposed himself to the 35-year-old woman, an inpatient, in an elevator at the psychiatric hospital in Queens Village.
He then allegedly ordered the woman to touch his genitalia or he would hit her. After the woman complied, Dixon allegedly tried to rip off her pants, but she was able to flee.
After his arraignment, Dixon was sent back to Creedmoor as an inpatient.
*** A 15-year-old girl who disappeared from her St. Albans home last week was found unharmed and returned to her family, cops said yesterday.
Authorities said Sheiner Denton had spent several days with friends after arguing with her mother on Aug. 3.
*** A 20-year-old man was found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head at a Ridgewood cemetery yesterday.
Police said groundskeepers discovered the man’s body at about 6 p.m. at the Linden Hill Methodist Cemetery.
A 9 mm handgun was found near the body.
BROOKLYN
*** Two men were arrested for attacking each other with metal bars in East New York, authorities said yesterday.
At 1:45 p.m. Monday, William Cardona, 46, argued with José Alvarez over Alvarez allegedly parking stolen cars on Cleveland Street where Cardona lives, sources said.
The dispute escalated into violence when Cardona allegedly picked up a metal bar and struck Alvarez.
Alvarez then grabbed a metal bar and bashed Cardona, the sources said.
After a neighbor called 911, police busted the two men.
*** A couple was arrested for beating and robbing a man in a Brownsville apartment, authorities said yesterday. Sean Turner, 35, and Alethea Epps, 34, were busted on Monday.
Sources said that at 4 a.m. Sunday the 30-year- old victim, who is Epps’ cousin, was attacked by the suspects in Epps’ apartment at Dumont Avenue near Rockaway Avenue.
Turner allegedly shoved the man down a flight of stairs and bashed him in the face and back with a metal cane.
He then allegedly kicked and slugged the man in the back and stomach as Epps allegedly joined in.
Turner also reached into the man’s pocket and removed his wallet containing $60, sources said.
The victim was treated for his injures at Brookdale Hospital and released.
*** A group screamed anti-gay slurs at a man and hit him with a chair on a Bedford-Stuyvesant street, police said yesterday.
Five to six men spewed the insults at the 40-year-old man on the corner of Fulton Street and Throop Avenue about 4:30 a.m. Monday.
The victim then hurled a garbage can at the group.
One of the group then grabbed a metal folding chair and hit the victim in the head.
The victim was rushed to Woodhull Hospital, where he was treated for head cuts. The thugs fled.
*** A gunman robbed a bank teller at gunpoint in Midwood, police said yesterday.
The robber, in his 20s, walked into the Independence branch at 1302 Avenue J and displayed a handgun about 2:10 p.m. Monday.
He received an unspecified amount of money and fled.
*** A man was found unconscious with three gunshot wounds in Fort Greene, police said yesterday.
The 24-year-old victim was discovered at Flushing and Washington avenues about 4 a.m. Monday, officials said.
He was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. Police were searching for a suspect and a motive.
THE BRONX
*** A suspect was arrested for shooting a man after threatening another man at gunpoint in Allerton, authorities said yesterday.
According to a court complaint, Alberto Rodriguez, 22, was arguing with three men at Burke and Yates avenues about 4:30 a.m. last Saturday.
He pulled a handgun from his waistband and put it to the head of one of the men, the complaint states.
Rodriguez then allegedly said, “I bodied 15 people and you’ll be the 16th.”
When one of the other men reached for the pistol, Rodriguez shot him in the stomach, the complaint says.
It was not immediately clear what sparked the violence.
The wounded man was rushed to a hospital.
Rodriguez was arrested that day and charged with attempted murder and weapons possession.
*** A man was arrested for fatally shooting a teenager in a Williamsbridge beauty salon, cops said yesterday.
Rohan Banner, 20, was charged with murder after he was nabbed in Brooklyn on Monday, police said.
On Aug. 23, Banner allegedly shot Ossell Gumbs, 19, three times in the salon on White Plains Road near 224th Street.
It was not immediately clear what sparked the violence.
MANHATTAN
*** The body of a man was found floating yesterday in the waters off Inwood, police said.
Cops were called at about 7:30 a.m. to West 207th Street at the Harlem River, where they discovered the unidentified corpse.
An autopsy will be performed by the medical examiner.
STATEN ISLAND
*** An intoxicated man was arrested early yesterday after damaging property and trespassing at St. Vincent’s Hospital, police sources said.
Hector Castro-Rivera, 23, entered the hospital on Bard Avenue in West Brighton after tossing a heavy object through a plate glass window about 1:50 a.m., the sources said.
He then allegedly dashed into the emergency room and locked himself in the examination room.
About three hours later, police were able to arrest Castro-Rivera, who was charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass.
