MANHATTAN
* Two bandits were arrested for sticking up a man at gunpoint on a Harlem street, police sources said yesterday.
Calvin Reed, 23, Jamaine Wright, in his 20s, and an unknown accomplice confronted the victim at West 125th Street and Lenox Avenue about 8:40 p.m. Monday, sources said.
With one suspect holding a gun, the trio demanded money from the 30-something victim, who handed over $30, said the sources.
The victim called 911, and accompanied cops as they searched the neighborhood.
At West 130th Street and Lenox Avenue, the victim spotted two suspects.
The cops grabbed Reed and Wright, also known as Jeffrey Williams, sources said.
Both were charged with robbery and weapons possession. The accomplice is still at large.
BROOKLYN
* A teenager was arrested for threatening his gay lover with an apparent firearm and shooting at him in a Canarsie Park, authorities said yesterday.
The incident began at 12:30 a.m. last Thursday, when Lorenzo Bucknor, 18, told his 27-year-old male companion that he needed to use the bathroom in Seaview Park, at 88th Street and Seaview Avenue, sources said.
But the man saw Bucknor go behind a tree and make a phone call, cops said.
Soon after, the man heard what sounded like the click of a gun behind his head, and when he turned, he saw Bucknor standing behind him.
When he asked about the clicking sound, Bucknor did not respond.
The anxious man told Bucknor he would race him to their car.
As they began running, Bucknor allegedly fired two shots from behind the man, who fell to the ground but was not hit.
Bucknor fled, but was caught Tuesday and charged with attempted assault, menacing and reckless endangerment.
* Two Crown Heights workers were arrested in connection with an attack involving a shovel after causing more than $1,000 in property damage, authorities said yesterday.
Sources said Jermain Ainsley, 20, drove up to Horace Branker, 66, as he unloaded his boss’ vehicle parked at a construction site where he works on Dean Street near Troy Avenue at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Branker told cops that Ainsley, who works next door, ordered him to move his car.
When Branker refused, Ainsley retrieved a baseball bat from his car and smashed the windshield of the other vehicle, Branker claimed.
Branker said Ainsley then charged at him with the bat, and Branker ran inside his boss’ business.
Ainsley tossed chunks of cinderblocks at the door, smashing holes in the glass, Branker said.
Branker said he ran out with a shovel and hit Ainsley in the right arm.
Both men reported the incident to police, who arrested Ainsley on charges of menacing and criminal mischief.
Branker was charged with assault and menacing.
* An East New York man was clinging to life after he was shot on his stoop yesterday, police said.
The man, who was not identified, was on the porch of his home at 245 Cozine Avenue around 11 p.m. when an unknown gunman walked up to him and fired several shots.
The shooter then fled the scene.
The victim, who was shot in the stomach, was taken to Brookdale hospital in critical condition. (lcf)
QUEENS
* A man was found dead in a hallway of the Flushing apartment building where he lived, cops said yesterday.
The body of Wilfred Gual, 44, was discovered in the third-floor hallway of the apartment building at Jewel Avenue near 161st Street at 2:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said the body bore no visible signs of trauma, but an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
STATEN ISLAND
* A barber was arrested after he knowingly bought stolen items from an unidentified person, authorities said yesterday.
The person carried the stolen merchandise up to John Pasini, 19, inside the Goodfellows Barber Shop on Giffords Lane near Brower Court at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, sources said.
The items included shaving cream, disposable razors, three combs and a brush.
The person allegedly told Pasini the items were stolen and asked him if he wanted to buy them.
Pasini allegedly said yes, and purchased the items for an unspecified amount of cash.
Pasini was busted that same day and charged with attempted criminal possession of stolen property. It was not immediately revealed how the transaction became known to law-enforcement authorities.
When The Post called the barbershop yesterday, a fellow worker described Pasini as a “great kid.”
* A high-school student was arrested for hitting a classmate and slamming his head into a locker, authorities said yesterday.
Sources said Carlos Cintron, 16, had words with the male student, whose age was not known, in McKee HS on St. Marks Place in St. George about 10:30 p.m. Monday.
Cintron allegedly slugged the victim in the head and face several times.
He then allegedly grabbed the victim’s head and smashed it against a locker.
Cintron was busted Tuesday and charged with assault.
* Police investigating a car parked illegally on a sidewalk early yesterday wound up arresting two men in the vehicle on charges of possessing marijuana and cocaine, cops said.
Thomas Desposito, 24, and Joseph Lamattina, 25, were sitting in the front seat of the vehicle at Woodrow Road and Erica Loop in Greenridge at 2 a.m. when police approached and noticed the occupants acting suspiciously, sources said.
Fearing for their safety, police allegedly removed the two men from the car – and then spotted a razor Lamattina had attached to his belt.
Inside the vehicle, the cop found a bag of what appeared to be cocaine and a pipe containing what appeared to be marijuana.
The suspects were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Lamattina was also charged with weapons possession.
