MANHATTAN

* Police yesterday were searching for a bandit posing as an NYPD cop and two accomplices who stuck up a Chinatown jewelry store at gunpoint.

Two unidentified men – one wearing what appeared to be an NYPD shield around his neck – walked inside the store on Canal Street at 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 10, cops said.

The man wearing the shield shouted that he was a cop, while the other man, wearing a hardhat, pulled a handgun and jumped over the counter. A third unidentified man stood at the front door acting as a lookout.

After the gunman stole an unspecified amount of jewelry, the trio fled in an older-model dark- gray minivan with tinted windows and a loud engine.

THE BRONX

* Bronx Gang Unit cops arrested four men early yesterday after finding a cache of firearms and cocaine at a Fordham apartment building, police sources said.

Cops executed a search warrant at 6:30 a.m. at a third-floor apartment on Park Avenue and East 184th Street.

They found a loaded .38 revolver and a loaded .357 Magnum, a kilo of cocaine and 120 grams of crack in the bedrooms and kitchen, sources said.

Two men who live there – Michael Rodriguez, 31, and Bloods gang member Nelson Rivera, 27 – were arrested on gun and weapons charges, the sources said.

About 10 minutes later, investigators issued a second warrant at a basement apartment, where they found two unloaded handguns – a .32- and a .38-caliber, sources said. Police arrested two men who lived there – Israel Casiano, 33, and Benjamin Sanchez, 46, who were charged with weapons possession.

BROOKLYN

* A drug-clinic employee and a patient were arrested after police saw them engaging in a lewd sex act in a car in Canarsie, authorities said yesterday.

Worker Israel Rodriguez, 58, was seated behind the wheel and Carol Dickerson, 37, was in the front passenger seat of the white 2005 Chevy parked in a shopping-center parking lot at Seaview Avenue and Rockaway Parkway at 9:25 p.m. Wednesday, sources said. A cop on patrol noticed the car was illegally parked in a fire lane and went to investigate, sources said.

The officer spotted Dickerson pulling her head back from Rodriguez’s lap, exposing his private parts, sources said.

As the cop arrested the two, he found a crack pipe containing residue in Dickerson’s pocket, the sources said. Both were charged with public lewdness, and Dickerson was also slapped with a drug-possession rap.

* A shooting last night in Bedford-Stuyvesant left one man dead and another in critical condition, police said.

David Pierre, 22, and a 32-year-old unidentified man were each shot in the chest outside their Lexington Avenue apartment at 4:30 p.m. during what police sources described as a drug-related argument.

Pierre died at Woodhull Hospital. The second victim was being treated in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital.

The second victim was uncooperative with police and only told investigators the shooters were two men with dreadlocked hair. (lcf)

* A woman was arrested after she swiped a package of eyelash glue and threatened two workers with a stiletto knife in a Downtown Brooklyn store, authorities said yesterday.

A security guard saw Shashauna Sanders, 21, stuff the eyelash glue inside her jacket pocket in a retail store at Fulton Street near Gold Street at 11 a.m. Wednesday, sources said.

As she tried to leave without paying, the guard informed a manager and both men stopped Sanders, sources said.

After Sanders claimed she did not steal anything, the manager ordered her to empty her pockets.

She responded by striking the manager in the face, sources said.

She then allegedly pulled a knife with a two-inch blade and threatened to stab the workers.

The guard grabbed the hand in which Sanders was holding the knife, and she bit his fingers, sources said.

Another worker called police, who arrested Sanders. She was charged with assault, menacing and petit larceny.

* NYPD Harbor Unit boats plucked a body from the waters off Bay Ridge yesterday, cops said.

Cops responded to a 9:50 a.m. call to the 69th Street Pier at Bay Ridge Avenue and Shore Parkway, where they recovered the corpse of the unidentified man. An autopsy will be performed by the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the time and cause of death.

QUEENS

* Two girls were molested by a family friend living at their parents’ home, authorities said yesterday.

Between last Aug. 7 and Feb. 13, the victims, ages 10 and 11, were allegedly sexually abused by Elmer Reyes, 27, in their Jamaica residence.

In one instance, Reyes allegedly touched one of the girls between her legs, then put her on his lap and thrusted.

He then allegedly kissed her face, gave her a hickey on her back and made her watch porno films.

Reyes, who worked at a carwash, allegedly committed a similar act on the other victim.

Sources said that on at least one occasion, the father of the girls saw Reyes come out of their bedroom, but it was unclear whether the father suspected foul play.

Both girls told someone what happened, and that person informed the girl’s parents, who then contacted police, sources said.

Reyes was arrested Wednesday and charged with a course of sex conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child, according to a spokeswoman for Queens DA Richard Brown.
