* Cops are searching for this man after an argument over a soccer game turned fatal at the weekend, police said yesterday.

The suspect, Bledar Haxhia (above), 24, had exchanged angry words with Besnick Qelia, 27, who was on one of the teams, during the game on Saturday.

After the match, Qelia first went to a friend’s house. When he left to go home, Haxhia accosted him on the street and allegedly shot him in the chest, cops said. (lcf)

* A man was shot by an unidentified gunman on a Parkchester street, police sources said yesterday.

The 26-year-old victim, whose name was not released, was struck on Archer Street near Beach Avenue at 12:43 a.m. Monday, sources said.

The victim was rushed to Jacobi Hospital in stable condition with a gunshot wound to his left shoulder, a collapsed lung and a laceration above his right eye, police sources said.

The triggerman was being sought.

BROOKLYN

* A man was arrested for scalding his girlfriend’s sister and terrorizing her with a brick in Brownsville, authorities said yesterday.

Brian Burnett, 41, allegedly demanded the 27-year-old victim leave the Chester Avenue home of her sister, his girlfriend, at 7:15 a.m. Monday, sources said.

When the victim ignored him and continued talking to her sister, Burnett allegedly threatened her with a knife and repeated his command, sources said.

When she continued to ignore him, he allegedly threw hot coffee in her face.

As she screamed in pain, Burnett allegedly picked up a brick and threatened her, then grabbed a pot of hot water and splashed it on her.

Police arrested Burnett, who was charged with assault, menacing, harassment and weapons possession.

The victim suffered burns and bruising.

* A high-school student was arrested for robbing a commuter of a cellphone and an MP3 player in Coney Island, authorities said yesterday.

Daniel Scott, 17, and an accomplice confronted the victim waiting for a bus at 17th Street and Surf Avenue at 3:40 p.m. on March 16, sources said.

When the two asked for the time, the victim pulled out his cellphone to check its digital clock, and Scott grabbed it, sources said.

The accomplice then swiped a digital audio player the victim was carrying, and both thugs fled, sources said.

The victim reported the incident at the 60th Precinct, where he picked out Scott from a photo array, sources said.

Police went to Lincoln HS on Ocean Parkway where Scott is a student, and arrested him at 1:30 p.m. Monday, sources said.

He was charged with robbery and grand larceny. The accomplice is still at large.

STATEN ISLAND

* A woman helped police arrest her estranged boyfriend who spray-painted scurrilous graffiti on the side of her Oakwood house, authorities said yesterday.

The incident began at 6:30 p.m. on March 26, when Noel Vargas, 39, allegedly vandalized an outside wall of the victim’s Amboy Road home.

Sources said Vargas spray-painted a lurid message inviting men to phone her.

As Vargas ran from the scene, the victim saw him and called police, sources said.

He was arrested Monday and charged with criminal mischief and making graffiti, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

* A student was caught red-handed trying to sell Xanax to a Tottenville HS classmate, authorities said yesterday.

A school safety agent was on patrol at 9:45 a.m. Monday when he walked inside a men’s room and saw Angelo Carrubba, 17, selling eight Xanax pills to another student, sources said.

Carrubba was arrested and charged with drug possession.

The other student was not apprehended for reasons that remain unclear.

* A teenager was arrested for swiping a PlayStation from a man on a Staten Island Railway train, authorities said yesterday.

David Thompson, 17, approached his 37-year- old victim as the train was coming to a stop at Grasmere, grabbed the video game and fled, sources said.

As Thompson ran from the station, he was grabbed by police standing just outside.

He was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

MANHATTAN

* A man was arrested on drug charges after he was caught sleeping in the middle of an Upper East Side street, police sources said yesterday.

Witnesses saw Brian Rowan, 35, lying in the road on East 87th Street between First and Second avenues at 10 a.m. Monday, sources said, with vehicles swerving around him.

Suddenly he woke up and, as he stumbled away, dropped four glassine envelopes of crack cocaine, the sources said.

Police arrested Rowan, who was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

Authorities said Rowan has a long rap sheet, including arrests for narcotics possession and grand larceny.

* A woman beat up her husband and tried to run him over with their car in Murray Hill, police sources said yesterday.

The incident began at 10:45 a.m. Monday, when the 36-year-old woman struck her husband in the face at First Avenue and East 34th Street, source said.

It was not immediately clear what prompted the attack, but the woman then allegedly got into their 2006 Mitsubishi and attempted to mow down her 30-year-old husband.

The victim suffered bruises and scratches. Police were searching for his wife.
