* A second suspect has been arrested in the 2002 beating death of a Corona immigrant who was robbed of $5, police said.

Warlin Ramirez, 25, was allegedly one of four thugs who jumped Say-Mee Ngu, 57, a block away from her 98th Street home. They crushed her skull and broke several ribs, police said.

The first suspect, Jessica Little Borda, 22, was arrested a month after the Dec. 12, 2002 murder.

Ramirez was arrested based on information provided by Borda. Police are still looking for the two other robbers. (lcf)

* A married couple was arrested for terrorizing a worker in a Park Slope grocery, authorities said yesterday.

Felipe Rodriguez, 41, cursed at the 38-year-old clerk for looking at him in the 11th Street Grocery Store at Fifth Avenue about 6:25 p.m. on May 30, sources said.

After the worker told him to leave, Rodriguez allegedly spat on the employee and hurled several boxes of candy, hitting him in the face.

Rodriguez’s wife, Judy, 37, entered the store, yelled at the worker and threw candy at him, and also allegedly knocked cups of coffee off the counter.

The couple fled, but both were later ID’d by the clerk from a photo array.

Judy Rodriguez was busted on July 20 and charged with assault and menacing. Her husband was busted Wednesday and charged with attempted assault and weapons possession.

* Cops say Elizabeth Taylor has a starring role in Criminal Court after she was busted for destroying office equipment.

The Taylor arrested Wednesday is not the aging superstar, but a 42-year-old woman with the same name who lives in Fort Greene.

Taylor is accused of entering a storage facility on Flatbush Avenue near Nevins Street on Wednesday and wrecking the security and phone system installed in an elevator.

She also allegedly walked inside an office and destroyed the fax machine, radio and other property, causing more than $1,000 in damage. Taylor was charged with criminal mischief.

* A man attacked his girlfriend in two Sheepshead Bay incidents, authorities said yesterday.

The first occurred at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, when Gerald Rivera, 21, got into a heated argument with his 21-year-old gal pal as they sat in a vehicle on Avenue Z and Coyle Street, sources said.

Rivera allegedly smacked her in the face, grabbed her by the hair and smashed her head against the car door.

About 2 ½ hours later, the pair went up to Rivera’s nearby apartment and clashed again with the victim left with bruises and swelling, sources said. She fled and called police, who grabbed Rivera.

He was charged with assault, menacing and harassment.

MANHATTAN

* An off-duty city employee was arrested after cops caught her with cocaine near City Hall Park, authorities said yesterday.

Human Resources Administration worker Cheryl Bartley, 55, was sitting in her car on Murray Street near Broadway inhaling a line of cocaine off the dashboard at about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, sources said. She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

QUEENS

* A Woodhaven woman was arrested after stealing more than $3,000 from an elderly woman using the victim’s ATM card, authorities said yesterday.

Between July 17 and Aug. 19, Marie Fetter, 39, allegedly filched the 85-year-old woman’s card in the victim’s 88th Avenue home, sources said.

Fetter, the victim’s home-health aide, found the card’s PIN number on the elderly woman’s computer.

The suspect went to a New York Community Bancorp branch and withdrew money from the victim’s account.

Fetter was busted Monday and charged with grand larceny, said a spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown.

* Two cousins were arrested in Ozone Park after threatening to kill a man who had reported one of them to cops, authorities said yesterday.

Parasram Somwaru, 21, and Keshan Parboo, 26, were busted Wednesday and charged with menacing, tampering with a witness, intimidating a witness, and criminal mischief, said Brown’s spokeswoman.

At about 9:45 p.m. Monday, Somwaru, Parboo and several other people showed up at the 122nd Street home that their 21-year-old victim shares with his mother, sources said. Somwaru allegedly screamed that he was going to kill the victim for ratting him out to police and getting him arrested on July 19 for criminal mischief.

Days earlier, Somwaru had allegedly smashed a window of the victim’s mother’s Mercedes.

STATEN ISLAND

* A mugger was arrested for stealing $50 from a woman on a New Dorp Beach street, authorities said yesterday.

Joshua Resnick, 20, confronted the 25-year-old woman at the corner of Ebbitts Street and Roma Avenue at about 3 p.m. Wednesday, sources said.

He allegedly grabbed the pocketbook dangling from her shoulder, the purse to fell to the ground and $50 spilled out. Resnick scooped up the cash and fled, authorities said.

Two hours after the victim reported the incident, police spotted Resnick at Greaves Lane and Greaves Avenue.

During a search, cops found Resnick with drugs and a hypodermic needle. He was charged with grand larceny and drug possession, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

* A security guard helped police arrest an alleged thief who struggled with cops after she got caught swiping clothes, authorities said yesterday.

The guard watched Karolina Buire, 25, steal a pair of jeans, T-shirts and a tunic from the JC Penney store at Staten Island Mall at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday, sources said.

She went into a dressing room, put the stolen clothes in a bag, went to a cashier and presented the merchandise as a return for credit, the sources said.

The guard called police, who cuffed Buire after she flailed her arms. She was charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest, said Donovan’s spokesman.
