* A teenage boy was shot and possibly left paralyzed after a scuffle broke out near Boys and Girls High School, which he attends, police sources said.

Melvon Moore, 15, was at the intersection of Malcolm X Boulevard and McDonough Avenue at 3 p.m. when he got into a fight with a group of kids.

Several shots were fired and Moore was hit in the back. It was not known whether he was the intended target. (lcf)

* A Flatlands man was killed last night by a man he had just stabbed in a fight, police said. Devonne Dover, 29, was fatally stabbed in his neck and chest in front of his home on Hubbard Place by a 25-year-old man he had knifed in the back and hand, authorities said. (lcf)

* A man jumped onto a firetruck responding to a call in Bedford-Stuyvesant and threatened a firefighter, authorities said yesterday.

Junior Roland, 28, darted in front of the rig heading to a Vernon Avenue building near Lewis Avenue, where someone was stuck in an elevator, sources said.

The truck avoided hitting Roland, who hopped onto the vehicle and stepped off. A firefighter on board chased Roland around the truck to apprehend him for the illegal act. Roland turned and approached the firefighter in an aggressive manner, sources said.

Then he allegedly jumped back on the firetruck and climbed through an open window before he was apprehended.

* Three men were arrested after trashing a Gravesend bar during a bachelor party, authorities said yesterday.

Roman Isayz, 29, Meni Razin, 34, Jamarb Duhanxhiu, 22, and 17 other revelers began fighting each other in the saloon on Gravesend Neck Road and Sheepshead Bay Road at about 1:10 a.m. Monday, sources said.

The three suspects allegedly tossed drinks against a wall, pulled down decorations and curtains from windows, shattered glasses and plates and broke chairs, a lamp and a projector.

When a worker tried to halt the rampage, the assailants allegedly struck him. The bar’s co-owner ran outside and flagged down cops, who arrested the trio.

* Police yesterday identified a man shot dead on a Flatbush street.

Lawrence Falade, 28, was shot several times in the arm and torso on Clarkson Avenue near Bedford Avenue at about 8 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.

He was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

* A Bushwick man was arrested for siccing his two pit bull dogs on a woman during a robbery, authorities said yesterday.

At 11:06 p.m. on Aug. 24, Alexis Ruiz, 30, set the pit bulls on the 35-year-old woman as she was leaving the Bleecker Street apartment building in which Ruiz lives, sources said.

The victim, who had gone the building to visit a friend, fell to the ground as the angry canines bit her legs.

Ruiz allegedly then pulled away the pit bulls, rifled through the victim’s pockets and removed $20.

The victim alerted police and was treated for cuts at Wyckoff Hospital.

Police tracked down Ruiz Monday.

* A 52-year-old mother of three was found murdered inside her Crotona Park East apartment last night, police sources said.

Cops found Paula Nieves with numerous stab wounds in her upper body at her home on Fulton Avenue. They suspect Nieves was murdered by someone she knew, because she let the killer in. Neighbors said the woman would never answer the door for a stranger.

Cops said they found drug paraphernalia in the apartment. Her kids were not present when she was killed, authorities said.

QUEENS

* Three teenagers were arrested for attacking and robbing a homeless man on an Astoria street, authorities said yesterday.

David Diaz, 17, Robert Ellis, 19, and Christopher Williams 18, attacked the 53-year-old man as he slept in his usual spot on 21st Street near 35th Avenue at 5:30 a.m. Sunday, sources said.

The suspects allegedly hurled bottles at the victim, kicked him and broke a cane over him.

They also tossed a metal cart and metal chairs at the victim and covered him in paint from paint cans, sources said.

Then the trio allegedly swiped cash from him and fled.

Police on patrol saw the thugs running and grabbed them, said a spokesman for DA Richard Brown.

The victim suffered cuts and bruises.

* A man was arrested for having consensual sex with an underage girl in his Jamaica apartment, authorities said yesterday.

Nicholas Beddoe, 24, was busted Sunday, said a spokeswoman for DA Brown.

Between June 18 and this past Sunday, Beddoe allegedly had sex several times with the 15-year-old girl, an acquaintance, in his 153rd Street apartment near 79th Avenue, sources said.

The victim’s mother learned of the trysts and alerted police.

* Four thugs were arrested after damaging a car with a baseball bat in a road-rage attack in Jamaica, authorities said yesterday.

Daron Connelly, 22, Matthew Houser, 25, Jermaine Lawhorn, 24, and Denholm Wong, 24, were riding in a white Infiniti on 143rd Street and Jamaica Avenue at 5:06 a.m. Sunday when they cut off two men in another car and tossed a blunt object at them for unknown reasons, sources said.

The object struck the victims’ car, causing them to swerve and nearly hit other vehicles.

The assailants then allegedly crashed into the back of the victims’ car and jumped out of the Infiniti.

The suspects allegedly repeatedly smacked the victims’ car with the bat, shattering its windows.

Then they began swinging a pipe through the open passenger-side window, hitting one of the victims in the leg, sources said.

As police arrived, the suspects jumped back into the Infiniti and sped away in the wrong direction on a one-way street, sources say.

Cops caught the suspects, who were charged with assault, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and menacing.

MANHATTAN

* An ex-con was arrested for fatally stabbing his paramour during a robbery in the victim’s Washington Heights apartment, police said yesterday.

John Brandt, 51, who had served nearly 14 years in prison for incest, was hanging out with Ismael Cortes, 51, in the living room of Cortes’ Riverside Drive apartment at West 178th Street at 4:08 a.m. Sunday, cops said. Sources said the two men had been romantically involved.

Brandt stole unknown property from Cortes and stabbed him twice, killing him, police said.
