* Two bandits stabbed and critically wounded a man in a Rockaway Beach home-invasion robbery, authorities said yesterday.

The break-in took place at around 4 a.m. on Sept. 24, when Jermaine McLean, 29, and an accomplice forced their way inside the 40-year- old man’s home on Beach 63rd Street, sources said.

A gun-toting McLean and his knife-wielding accomplice demanded the victim’s keys, wallet, jewelry and money, sources said.

When the victim said he had nothing, the accomplice stabbed him in the stomach, swiped his cellphone and fled with McLean.

The victim was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.

Detectives lifted a fingerprint from the victim’s door and matched it to McLean, who was arrested Tuesday, said a spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown.

* A teenager was arrested for robbing three youths on an Ozone Park street, authorities said yesterday.

Tyrone Douglas, 17, confronted the victims, ages 15, 17 and 19, at Rockaway Boulevard and 104th Street at around 12:45 p.m. on Oct. 6, sources said.

Douglas allegedly struck a 15-year-old in the face and took his cellphone.

He also allegedly snatched a chain from the neck of the 19-year- old and took money from the 17-year-old.

Douglas fled on foot, but police tracked him down.

No injuries were reported.

* An alleged check-forger was arrested trying to cash one for $3,300 at an Astoria bank, authorities said yesterday.

Madeline Gaines, whose age was not available, attempted to cash the bogus check in the Commerce branch at Ditmars Boulevard and 32nd Street at around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, sources said.

A bank manager noticed the check did not have a watermark and the account number did not have the proper number of digits, and cops were summoned.

BROOOKLYN

* A construction worker was arrested for beating up his boss at an East New York work site, police said yesterday.

James Bradley, 21, was charged with assaulting his 51-year-old supervisor on Aug. 14 after their argument escalated into violence, sources said.

Bradley and five cohorts allegedly attacked the supervisor on Cleveland Street near Hegeman Avenue. The angry workers punched him in the face, tossed him on the floor and jumped on his ribs and hand.

Bradley then beat him with a piece of wood, sources said.

After tying up the victim and roughing him up with a hose, Bradley allegedly ordered his buddies to let him go when he saw him turning blue.

The victim managed to make it into a nearby train station where he reported the assault to two transit cops before being taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he was treated for a broken left knee, broken rib and facial swelling.

It was not immediately known if charges would be leveled at the other attackers.

* A woman was arrested for assaulting a man in a dispute over the paternity of her infant, police said.

Keisha Brown, 18, was charged with assault, menacing, harassment, petit larceny and weapons possession in connection with two separate incidents involving her 25-year-old former paramour inside her Kings Highway apartment in Brownsville.

The most recent attack occurred Monday when Brown began arguing with the victim over his alleged paternity of her infant – a claim he denied.

Brown, whose brother was also in the home, allegedly began chasing the victim with a knife in her hands while urging her sibling to shoot the victim, a criminal complaint states.

The victim managed to flee, but not before he suffered a cut finger.

He declined medical attention and later reported the incident to cops.

On Wednesday morning, Brown showed up at the victim’s apartment and stole his wallet, which he also reported to cops, sources said.

She was arrested later that day and cops are looking for her brother, the sources said.

* A man plunged from an 18-story East New York building in an apparent suicide, authorities said yesterday.

The body of the man, in his 20s, was found in front of the Lincoln Avenue apartment building near Dumont Avenue at around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, cops said.

Police did not release his name pending family notification.

* An off-duty NYPD administrative aide and her husband were arrested early yesterday after roughing up each other in their Flatbush residence, police said.

Melinda Barnwell, 48, assigned to Detective Borough Brooklyn, clashed with her husband, William, 48, in their East 28th Street home at around 2 a.m., cops said.

They allegedly slapped one another several times and called 911.

Police arrived and arrested the couple.

STATEN ISLAND

* A man riding an all-terrain vehicle was arrested after police caught him recklessly speeding down a Greenridge street and nearly plowing into several cars, authorities said yesterday.

Nicholas Coladonato, 19, was riding a blue Yamaha Banshee at 55 mph in a 30 mph zone along Kenilworth Avenue at Annadale Road at 4 p.m. on Oct. 12, sources said.

He allegedly crossed double yellow lines in two-way traffic and weaved amid heavy traffic, forcing several oncoming vehicles to swerve away, the sources said.

Police tracked him down and arrested him Wednesday, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.
