BROOKLYN
* A young man was shot to death early yesterday on a Bushwick street, police said.
Raúl Guttiérez, 20, was shot by an unknown gunman at Jefferson Street near Knickerbocker Avenue at about 1 a.m., cops said.
Guttiérez, who lived nearby, was pronounced dead at Wyckoff Heights Hospital.
* An off-duty police officer was arrested on DWI charges yesterday after a car accident in Brownsville, cops said.
Officer Rohan Shaw, who is assigned to the Police Academy, was busted after colliding with at least one other vehicle near Blake and Dumont avenues at about 7.a.m., police said.
QUEENS
* A gun-toting bandit held up a Jackson Heights bar and made off with about $6,000 early yesterday, police sources said.
The masked gunman barged into the Legends Bar, on 35th Avenue near 72nd Street, at about 3 a.m., pointed a gun at a bartender, and demanded to be given cash-filled envelopes from behind the bar.
* Two thieves were arrested after police caught them in a stolen car in Bayside, authorities said.
The driver, David Heise, 24, and his front-seat passenger, Lliam Carroll, 23, were nabbed in the stolen 1992 Nissan Maxima at the corner of 219th Street and the Long Island Expressway at about 4:30 p.m. Nov. 8, sources said.
Heise told cops that he broke into the Nissan using a coat hanger and then broke the steering-wheel column. Police recovered the hanger, two screwdrivers and a wrench.
A spokeswoman for Queens DA Richard Brown said the suspects were charged with criminal possession of stolen property, possession of burglars’ tools, criminal mischief, and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
THE BRONX
* A suspected gunman was arrested for shooting a man on a Fordham street, police sources said yesterday.
Perfecto Bernardez, 46, pulled a gun and shot his 27-year-old victim in the lower back on Creston Avenue near East 183rd Street at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday, the sources said.
The wounded man was listed in stable condition at St. Barnabas Hospital.
Bernardez was busted after witnesses identified him. Charges were pending.
* Two masked thugs got away with an undetermined amount of cash from a Williamsbridge bodega after one pointed a gun at a clerk, police sources said yesterday.
The unidentified suspects stormed into the Stop & Shop Deli Grocery, on Bronx Boulevard near East 213th Street, at about 11 p.m. Saturday.
One hurtled over the counter, drew his weapon and told the frightened clerk: “Don’t look at me.”
The thug then forced the clerk and his girlfriend to the floor, grabbed money from the register, and fired one shot before fleeing with his accomplice in a Toyota Lexus, cops said.
* A 14-year-old asthma sufferer collapsed and died Saturday night on a Mount Eden street, police said yesterday.
The teen, whose name was withheld, apparently was playing on Jessup Avenue when he fell to the ground at about 9 p.m.
An initial investigation indicated that no criminality was involved, but cops were awaiting the result of an autopsy.
MANHATTAN
* An FDNY firefighter was arrested on a misdemeanor assault charge early yesterday in a Times Square hot spot, police said.
Derrick Gallant, whose age was not immediately available, was busted in the Nokia Concert Hall, on Broadway and West 44th Street, at about 12:30 a.m., police said.
The NYPD and FDNY did not provide further details.
