*** Police yesterday nabbed a second suspect in the fatal shooting of a Brownsville man last summer.

Sidor Fulcher, 28, surrendered at the 73rd Precinct station house and was charged with the Aug. 11 slaying of Igol “Apple Jack” Isaacs, 21, on Bristol Street.

An alleged accomplice, Thomas Clay, 37, was busted in September.

It was unclear what led to the slaying.

*** A bouncer was shot and critically wounded after he ejected a drunken gunman from an illegal social club in Bedford-Stuyvesant, police sources said yesterday.

The 38-year-old security guard confronted the unruly suspect in the club on the second-floor of a Fulton Street building near Nostrand Avenue at 7 a.m. Sunday.

The two got into an argument as the bouncer tried to escort the man outside.

Moments later, the man pulled a gun, shot the guard in the head and fled, authorities said.

*** A security guard helped police nab a shoplifter who stole more than $600 in make-up from a Coney Island CVS store, authorities said yesterday.

The guard saw Eliyahu Dahan, 26, stuffing 80 make-up items, including mascara, into his pants in the Neptune Avenue store near West 5th Street at 11:45 a.m. Monday, sources said.

Dahan tried to leave without paying, but the guard confronted him.

The suspect threw a punch at the guard and dashed from the store, authorities said.

As the guard gave chase, he alerted three cops on patrol.

The foursome pursued Dahan to a nearby alley, where he was arrested after allegedly assaulting the officers. One cop suffered minor injuries.

A spokesman for DA Charles Hynes said Dahan was charged with assault, menacing, petit larceny and resisting arrest.

*** A student was arrested for exposing himself to a younger schoolmate and fondling her in the East New York high school they attend, authorities said yesterday.

Danell Daily, 18, approached his 15-year-old girl in a stairwell of Maxwell HS on Pennsylvania Avenue at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 20, sources said.

As the suspect exposed himself, the victim turned to walk away, but Daily grabbed her breast, according to the sources.

The victim fled and alerted a school safety officer.

Daily was arrested Monday and charged with menacing, sexual abuse and harassment.

Queens

*** A burglar was arrested for breaking into two Bellerose homes and swiping property, including DVDs, CDs and a laptop computer, authorities said yesterday.

Sources said Jimmy Torres, 23, stole house keys from an acquaintance last Wednesday.

The next day, he allegedly used them to enter the acquaintance’s Gettysburg Street home and ripped off game systems, CDs and DVDs.

Torres then walked next door to the acquaintance’s parents’ residence and used the keys there also, sources say. He allegedly grabbed a computer.

On Sunday police tracked down Torres, who was charged with burglary, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, a spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown said.

Staten Island

*** A drunken driver was arrested after she crashed into a fire hydrant in Bulls Head, authorities said yesterday.

Rose Sieniawaski, 50, was driving a 1994 Oldsmobile at Victory Boulevard and Morani Street at 12:50 Monday, when the accident occurred.

Sources said a blood-alcohol test revealed she was over twice the legal limit.

Sieniawaski was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan said.

*** A woman was charged with criminal mischief after vandalizing her sister’s car and shooting BB pellets into her home in separate incidents in Mariners Harbor, authorities said yesterday.

Dawn Bodd, 36, first struck Sept. 4 outside her sister’s Netherland Avenue residence, where she used an object to rip up the roof of the Ford convertible and slashed the tires, according to authorities.

Bodd fled, but allegedly returned Sept. 11 and fired BB pellets through a window screen of her sister’s house.

Sources said the siblings had been fighting over the house of their recently deceased mother.

The victim notified police, who arrested Bodd on Monday.

*** A drug suspect was arrested after cops caught him with marijuana on a Fox Hills street, authorities said yesterday.

Police spotted Paul Miller, 54, pushing a Dumpster on Targee Street and Hamilton Street at 7 p.m. Monday.

Cops approached and found Miller with 30 Ziploc bags of pot and a stem with crack residue in it.

Miller was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Donovan spokesman said.
