The belligerent thief walked into ATN Financial Services on Corona Avenue at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday and started squirting away, even on some employees, cops said.
He then pulled out a cigarette lighter and threatened to set a blaze unless the workers handed over money, which they did.
The unidentified man fled the location with an undetermined amount of money.
He sneaked in through the roof of Grand 99 Cents store at about 6 a.m. Saturday, then used a pry bar in a bid to break open the register, cops said.

The suspects (two pictured left) grabbed about $600 from the register and fled, cops said. No injuries were reported.
The stabber and the victim got into an argument in a grocery store near Fulton Street and St. James Place at around 3 a.m. on Dec. 4, cops said.
It’s unclear what sparked the fight, which spilled outside before the suspect pulled a knife and stabbed the victim in the leg, police said.
The attacker then fled the scene. The victim was treated at a nearby hospital and released.

Kurzer was slapped with charges of bribery of a public servant, possession of stolen credit cards and criminal trespass, cops said.

He was charged with menacing, possession of a weapon and harassment, cops said.
