A man was shot and critically wounded and his car was stolen after a brawl with two men in Bedford-Stuyvesant yesterday, cops said.

The 40-year-old victim got into a fight at Nostrand Avenue and Fulton Street at around 4 a.m., police said.

One of his two adversaries shot him in the chest. The other jumped into his car and sped away with cops in pursuit, witnesses said.

The thug crashed the stolen vehicle after hitting two cars outside the Weeksville Gardens Houses on Pacific Street near Troy Avenue, cops said.

The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital in critical condition.

One of the hoodlums was nabbed on Dean Street immediately after the crash, but was not under arrest as of late yesterday.

It is unclear if the man in custody was the shooter. The other thug is still at large.

The victims, ages 14 and 15, were hanging out on Lakewood Avenue near Remington Street when gunshots rang out at 3:34 a.m., cops said.

STATEN ISLAND

Police released a composite sketch of a man whose skeletal remains were found in a wooded section of Grasmere last year.

The likeness is based on a description provided by an anthropologist who examined the skeleton, discovered by a city environmental employee under dense vegetation near Lansing Street and Balfour streets Oct. 6.

The anthropologist, who worked with the Medical Examiner’s Office, determined the man was between 25 and 30 years old when he was killed by blunt-force trauma to the head three to 10 years ago.

The man’s race, skin tone and hair color remain undetermined.
