Cops yesterday said they’ve arrested a woman in connection with the murder of a man at an East New York apartment last Friday. Tilee Dunchie, 20, and three men allegedly went to the apartment on Bradford Street around 12:30 a.m. to rob the place. The robbers produced guns and allegedly shot three men living in the apartment, police said. Ronald Smith, 27, was hit in the chest, a 23-year-old man in the left arm, and a 25-year-old man in the lower back, police said. The robbers fled. Smith was pronounced dead at the scene. The 25-year-old was taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition. The 23-year-old was released after treatment at the same hospital. After further investigation, cops nabbed Dunchie on Saturday and charged her with murder. They’re looking for her alleged accomplices.

Police yesterday identified a man they say was shot and killed in a Flatbush apartment building Sunday. Harry Guirand, 25, was found shot in the torso in the lobby of the building on East 21st Street at around 9 p.m. He was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he died. Police have no suspects or motive for the killing.

A teenager shot and killed a man in East New York after a pot deal went sour, authorities said yesterday. Charles Starks, 16, walked up to Frankie Guillaume, 26, in front of an apartment building on Schenck Avenue about 10 p.m. Friday to buy marijuana, but the two got into an argument, police sources said. Guillaume allegedly pulled a knife and stabbed Starks in the left arm. Starks drew a pistol and shot Guillaume once in the chest before fleeing, cops said. Guillaume was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police later arrested Starks on murder charges.

Two cops fired shots at two pit bulls that attacked them at the Red Hook Housing Development, authorities said yesterday. Officers Brian Borawski and Jack Conway of the 76th Precinct were on patrol around 12:30 p.m. Saturday when they were attacked by the dogs on the roof of a building on Bush Street, sources said. Borawski allegedly pulled his 9 mm Glock and fired two shots at the dogs while Conway squeezed off four shots from his 9 mm Smith & Wesson. The officers were not seriously hurt. The dogs were not hit.

A man was arrested yesterday on charges he assaulted a woman and spewed anti-white insults at her in a Bensonhurst store, police said. Max Abrahamowitz, 29, who is white himself, was also charged with aggravated harassment after he got into an argument with the 23-year-old woman in the store on Bay Parkway at around 5 p.m. Cops are investigating the incident as a possible bias crime.

Manhattan

Six swastikas were drawn on a wall in a Chelsea apartment building yesterday, and cops are investigating it as a possible bias incident. A resident discovered the vandalism at 7:15 p.m. in the building on West 20th Street.

Queens

A man was struck and killed by a van early yesterday while trying to cross the Whitestone Expressway in Flushing after his car broke down, police said. A 2002 white Chevy was heading north on the highway at the College Point Boulevard exit at around 3 a.m. when it slammed into the 52-year-old man. The victim, whose name was withheld pending notification of his family, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver stopped. No arrests were made.

Staten Island

A thug robbed two teens at gunpoint and fled on a bicycle he stole from one of them in a Concord schoolyard, police said yesterday. The man accosted the 15-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl at PS 48 at around 10:30 p.m. Sunday and pulled a gun. He ordered the teens to the ground and robbed them. The man, described as black, 5-foot-8 and 150 pounds, fled on a bicycle he swiped from one of the victims.
