Police are asking for help in finding a Morris Heights boy who disappeared last month.

Nelson Harvey , 13, was last seen at his West 175th Street home at 9 a.m. on Aug. 24. He’s 5-foot-2 and 105 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes and suffers from bipolar disorder.

A Rockland County man has been charged with engaging in sex with three underage girls in a Manhattan apartment after they met via the Internet, authorities said yesterday.

David Silverman, 21, of Spring Valley, exchanged e-mails with two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old on MySpace, sources said. They arranged to meet in the Westchester town of Harrison on March 23, and Silverman and two accomplices drove to a specified location, the sources said.

They picked up the girls and went to the apartment of one of the men, possibly near the Javits Convention Center on the West Side, where Silverman and his companions had sex with the girls, authorities said.

One of the victims was very intoxicated and later reported the incident to her parents and police, the sources said. Amid an investigation, the two other girls came forward.

Silverman was tracked down on Aug. 24 in Cranford, N.J., and waived extradition on Sept. 12. The next day he was returned to New York to face rape charges, a spokesman for the DA’s Office said. His alleged accomplices were still being sought.

An executive assistant stole nearly $83,000 from a Midtown property-title company and swiped the personal data of clients, authorities said yesterday.

Between this past May and August, Amy Horton, 34, was employed by Gotham Abstract on Madison Avenue at East 51st Street, cops said.

During that time, she generated four company checks worth $82,925, signed them and deposited them into her personal accounts, sources said.

She also allegedly took disks containing the names, Social Security numbers, addresses, titles and bankruptcy information of clients. The theft was discovered and reported to police, who arrested Horton last Thursday.

A Brooklyn man assaulted his girlfriend on the Upper West Side, police sources said yesterday. Derrick Henriques, 26, of Flatbush, confronted the woman at West End Avenue and West 84th Street last Friday, cops said.

He snatched the victim’s MetroCards, took her cellphone and smashed it on the ground, then punched, slapped, scratched and body-slammed her, cops said. Police grabbed Henriques nearby and charged him with assault, grand larceny and criminal mischief. The victim, 23, was not seriously injured.

A knife-wielding thug slashed a man in Murray Hill, police sources said yesterday.

Claudy Virgile, 24, clashed with the 38-year-old victim on Third Avenue near East 34th Street at 11 p.m. last Thursday, sources said. He allegedly pulled a knife and slashed the man’s right index finger.

BROOKLYN

Two conmen have been posing as water inspectors to enter homes and burglarize them.

The first crime took place July 30 in Bensonhurst where the pair, along with a female accomplice, entered a home on 83rd Street saying they had to check pipes. The homeowner grew suspicious and asked them to leave. They fled empty handed.

The pair struck again later in the day and made off with money and jewelry, cops said. They hit three more homes in Mill Basin and Sunset Park in August.

They attempted to rob a home in Staten Island on Aug. 10 – but were thwarted by the 85-year-old resident, who got into a shoving match with them.

Body parts were found dumped on the side of the Belt Parkway last night. The remains were found near the Rockaway Parkway exit at 11 p.m. by a passer-by who called 911.

STATEN ISLAND

An Elm Park man was charged yesterday with harassing his estranged wife and trashing their house, authorities said yesterday.

Dorrell Collins, 31, was busted inside his home on Trantor Place near Walker Street at 2 a.m., law-enforcement sources said. Collins allegedly phoned and threatened his spouse at least twice between Sunday and yesterday before he set a fire in the kitchen garbage, the sources said. He also allegedly smashed furniture, broke a TV set and put a hole in a wall.

A drunken driver was nabbed after sideswiping a parked car in Grymes Hill early yesterday, authorities said.

John Anderson, 53, was sitting in a 2006 Hyundai when he was arrested on Van Duzer Street near Metcalfe Street at 12:37 a.m., law-enforcement sources said. Anderson, who allegedly reeked of booze, had a flushed face and was unsteady on his feet, had a blood alcohol content of .20, more than twice the legal limit, cops said.

A Great Kills man was charged with drug possession after he was stopped for boozing in public, law-enforcement sources said yesterday. Joseph Pantano, 41, was spotted drinking beer at Baltimore Street and Giffords Lane at 9:33 p.m. Monday, the sources said.

A cop stopped him to give him a summons, and asked what he had in his possession.

According to police, Pantano handed him a cigarette box containing two small bags of cocaine and a bag of hashish.
