Cops have smashed a violent drug-dealing faction of the Bloods street gang that has wreaked havoc and terrorized residents of Far Rockaway, authorities said yesterday.
One of the hoodlums, Jamel “Psycho” Bryant, opened fire at cops in December 2006, and another, Larnell Heyward, was wanted for a homicide in Atlanta, authorities said.
Police seized 4 1/2 kilos of cocaine, 13 guns, two bulletproof vests and $120,000 in cash during the yearlong investigation.
Cops say the crew pulled in $15,000 a week selling cocaine, heroin and pot. Thirty-four gang members face drug and weapons charges; others have also been charged with robbery, assault and attempted murder.

A Canarsie man was arrested for repeatedly ramming his Mercedes into a tow truck while trying to mow down a “repo” man, authorities said yesterday.
Stanley Malebranche, 33, owed about $23,000 in overdue payments when the repossession agent drove to Malebranche’s East 86th Street home and hooked his 2000 Benz to the truck at 1:50 a.m. on Aug. 16, sources said.
Malebranche approached the agent and asked if he could get some personal items from his car.
The agent consented, but Malebranche allegedly jumped behind the wheel, started the car and gunned the engine, smashing into the man’s truck several times before breaking free.
Then Malebranche attempted to run over the agent, who escaped harm. The driver instead hit the truck again and sped away, sources said. Malebranche was tracked down Tuesday.
Cops grabbed a knife-wielding teenager who swiped beer in a Greenpoint store, authorities said yesterday.
The trouble began at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday in a store on Havemeyer Street and Meserole Avenue, where an underage youth tried to buy beer but was turned away by the shop clerk. The youth went outside and spoke to Tenika Spears, 16, sources said.
Spears allegedly entered the store, waved a knife at the worker, stole two bottles of beer and left.
The clerk alerted police and Spears was busted.
An administrative aide at the Queens DA’s Office was charged with trying to prevent Canarsie police from arresting her daughter for an assault, authorities said yesterday. Catherine Delice, 42, stepped between officers and her daughter in her East 95th Street home at 2:46 p.m. Wednesday, sources said. Delice allegedly told cops they were not going to take her daughter, whose name and age were unavailable.
When cops cuffed the daughter, Delice allegedly grabbed her and pulled her close, preventing cops from taking her. Police then arrested Delice after a struggle.
A subway rider pummeled a fellow straphanger after pushing his way onto a crowded train at a station in DUMBO, authorities said yesterday.
Anthony Padgett, 49, allegedly squeezed into a packed C train at the Jay Street station, where he encountered the male 33-year-old victim, at 8:50 a.m. Wednesday.
As the train moved toward the High Street station, Padgett complained that the victim was swinging his elbows while pointing at him, sources said.
When the victim allegedly told Padgett to settle down, Padgett socked him in the eye and called him “white trash,” cops said.
When the train arrived at High Street, a witness flagged down a cop, who busted Padgett.
Manhattan
Police busted a CitiGroup mailroom employee who illegally stole$50,000 in toner cartridges from the firm in Midtown, authorities said yesterday.
Between May 25 and Aug. 29, Samuel Sanders, 38, allegedly ordered 1,000 Canon toner cartridges using CitiGroup purchase orders without the company’s authorization. Suspicious co-workers at the Fifth Avenue office near East 55th Street noticed Sanders was signing for the large quantity of delivered cartridges, sources said.
Sanders resold the cartridges for about $14,500 to a firm doing business online, cops said.
Surveillance tapes showed Sanders in the CitiGroup building stuffing the cartridges into FedEx boxes for shipping.
Sanders was arrested Tuesday, a DA’s spokesman said.
A shoplifter bit a Chinatown store clerk after swiping two toy cars, police said yesterday.
Renee Lyles, 45, swiped the items in the shop at Mott and Pell streets at 5:10 p.m. Sunday, shoving the items under her jacket and trying to leave without paying, sources said. A clerk, Ling Ye Huang, confronted Lyles. The two women struggled, and Lyles allegedly bit Huang’s right ear.
A witness called 911 and Lyles was nabbed, the DA’s spokesman said. Huang was treated at New York Downtown Hospital.
A Brooklyn man was arrested for shoving a woman down a flight of stairs during a robbery in a Chinatown subway station, police said yesterday.
Patrick Joseph, 22, who has seven transit-related prior arrests, was busted Tuesday night, police said. It was unclear how cops tracked him down.
Joseph allegedly stole unknown property from the woman at the East Broadway F-train station Monday night and pushed her down the stairs, police said.
The victim, whose name and age were not available, suffered minor injurues.
Staten Island
A Department of Education worker was arrested for exposing himself to an autistic child on at least two occasions, authorities said yesterday.
Between last Nov. 1 and Dec. 31, James Dipaolo, 53, allegedly exposed himself to the victim.
This past July 24, Dipaolo allegedly repeated the act.
Dipaolo was busted Wednesday on charges of child endangerment and public lewdness, a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan said.
