The robber pictured passed a demand note to a teller at a Midtown bank and escaped with an undetermined amount of cash, cops said.

The heist took place 11:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Bank of America branch at Broadway and 57th Street.

– Police nabbed a gunman who shot an acquaintance in East Harlem, cops said yesterday.

Raul Cepeda, 44, fired five shots at the 47-year-old man in Cepeda’s First Avenue apartment near East 108th Street at 4 p.m. Sunday, police sources said.

The wounded man was treated for serious injuries at Metropolitan Hospital.

The next day, Cepeda was nabbed on East 102nd Street and charged with assault.

STATEN ISLAND

An Eltingville woman attacked a 19-year-old man after accusing him of stealing her son’s iPod, authorities said yesterday.

Davida Montano, 56, allegedly accosted the young man on Monterey Avenue at 10 p.m. Monday, grabbed his prescription glasses and broke them in half.

She then picked up a shard of glass and stabbed him in the chest, authorities said.

The victim was treated at Staten Island University Hospital North.

Montano was charged with assault, criminal mischief and weapon possession, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

– A woman was charged with forging her dentist’s name on a prescription in an attempt to buy Percocet in a Rossville pharmacy, authorities said yesterday.

On Sept. 18, Melissa Bruno, 32, allegedly pocketed blank prescriptions she found on an unattended receptionist desk while waiting for routine dental work.

Later that day, Bruno allegedly presented a forged prescription to a worker at Woodrow Pharmacy on Rossville Avenue.

The employee became suspicious and contacted police.

Bruno was arrested Tuesday on charges of forgery and petit larceny, according to DA Donovan’s spokesman.

– A Susan Wagner HS student attacked two female classmates and shouted anti-gay slurs at them in two separate hate-crime incidents, authorities said yesterday.

Elmaz Skudrinja, 17, confronted the teenage girls in a Dunkin’ Donuts on Ocean Terrace in Todt Hill on Sept. 21, sources said.

He allegedly yelled epithets and struck one victim in the chest.

Later that day, Skudrinja allegedly ran into the victims in the Staten Island Mall, continued his rant and punched the same victim in the head.

Skudrinja was busted Tuesday on charges of assault and aggravated harassment.

BROOKLYN

A crazed customer menaced a bakery-shop worker early yesterday who wasn’t preparing the suspect’s order fast enough to suit him, authorities said.

Sergio Gonzalez, 39, was apparently intoxicated as he placed a food order at 2:20 a.m. in the bakery at Fifth Avenue and 40th Street, sources said.

As the worker prepared the food, Gonzalez demanded faster service and became enraged when he was told the order would take a few minutes longer, cops said.

Gonzalez allegedly threatened to kill the worker and tossed a chair at him, but missed. Gonzalez was charged with attempted assault and menacing.
