Between April 13 and July 22, Frank Demedina, 44, and at least one accomplice struck five times at commercial buildings on Fifth and Eighth avenues, and on West 39th and Mercer streets.

In several cases, the two allegedly posed as movers as they whisked by security, broke into offices and carried off numerous computers, equipment, a digital projector and $17,310 in cash, authorities said.

Demedina was arrested Monday after he threatened an employee in an Atlantic City casino, sources said.

He was linked to those thefts through DNA and video surveillance, sources said.

A spokeswoman for the DA’s Office said Demedina was charged with burglary and grand larceny.

She allegedly told the landlord she wanted to move to a vacant third-floor unit and borrowed the landlord’s key to look at it, and apparently did not return it.

On May 25, Sanchez, pretending to be the landlord, showed the apartment to a potential tenant and requested $6,000 for rent and a security deposit, sources said.

She received the money and told the tenant he could move in two weeks later.

When he returned 14 days later, Sanchez told him the apartment wasn’t ready and declined to return the cash.
