Police are asking for help in finding these two young men, who allegedly stabbed another man in Morrisania.
The victim, a knife in his back, was found on Intervale Avenue at East 163rd Street last Thursday night. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
MANHATTAN
The manager of a Morningside Heights gift shop was busted for stealing thousands of dollars throughout the past year, authorities said.
José McKinney, 44, allegedly accumulated $53,000 by taking small amounts from the register at Card-O-Mat before transferring cash to a safe.
McKinney, who had worked at the store at West 112th Street and Broadway for about a year, was charged was grand larceny.
A man was stabbed in the stomach in Washington Heights, police said.
The victim was walking along West 178 Street near St. Nicholas Avenue at 10:00 p.m. Sunday when the unidentified suspect stabbed him, puncturing his liver and pancreas, police said.
He was taken to Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
BROOKLYN
Cops are searching for two thugs who shot a Bedford-Stuyvesant man in his home.
The 34-year-old victim heard a knock on his door at Gates Avenue on Sunday night and saw a man, in a hooded sweatshirt, police said.
Despite not recognizing him, the victim opened the door, at which point the hooded man stepped aside and another man, wearing a ski mask, shot him three times in the torso, police said.
The suspects took off and the wounded man was treated at a nearby hospital.
A woman allegedly punched a hole through a door in her East New York home and threatened her landlord.
Joan Coronado, 24, who was renting a room on Lincoln Avenue near Liberty Avenue, argued with the landlord and nearly broke a bedroom door.
She was later arrested after she allegedly threatened the landlord while police were in the home investigating the incident.
QUEENS
Police are investigating the death of a man found under an elevated subway station in Far Rockaway.
The unidentified victim, in his 30s, was found near the A train station at Rockaway Freeway and Beach 44th Street shortly after 8 a.m. yesterday.
STATEN ISLAND
A man was fatally shot on an Arlington street, police said.
The 35-year-old victim, whose name was withheld because his family has not been notified, was shot several times in the torso at 10:35 p.m. Sunday.
Police had made no arrests.
A drunken driver plowed into a patrol car, injuring two cops, early yesterday, law-enforcement officials said.
Donaldo Alvardo, 29, slammed his 1998 Jeep Cherokee into the cruiser shortly after midnight at Gordon Street and Osgood Avenue in Fox Hills, then drove away, cops said.
Police later caught Alvardo, who allegedly had bloodshot eyes and alcohol on his breath. He also failed a Breathalyzer test, police said.
The injured cops were treated for neck and head injuries.
Alvardo was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.
