Between Sept. 9, 2005, and July 30, 2007, Harrington and Wilkinson, of Jamaica, paid for water delivery, cable TV and various credit-card bills, authorities said.

* A Port Richmond man pummeled and bit his live-in girlfriend in a fit of jealousy – and his son prevented the woman from leaving or calling for help, authorities said yesterday.

Joseph Petty Sr., 52, allegedly attacked his lady love while she was asleep inside their Innis Street home near St. Joseph’s Avenue at 7:20 a.m. Thursday.

He choked the woman, smacked her with a barbell weight, punched her about 20 times and chomped on her neck and ear while she held their 2-year-old son, authorities said.

The victim tried to call 911, but Petty’s son, Joseph Petty Jr., 28, snatched the phone from her and blocked the doorway when she attempted to run out, officials said.

Petty Sr. later told cops someone claimed she was with another man – even though she’s never cheated on him during their 20-year relationship, authorities said.

Father and son were charged with assault, weapons possession and endangering the welfare of a child, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

* A young woman was arrested for drunken driving after she plowed into a fire hydrant and trees in Tottenville, authorities said yesterday.

Chelsea Naeder, 19, allegedly crashed her 2000 Mitsubishi Galant at Hylan Boulevard and Joline Avenue early Thursday.

A pedestrian who initially thought the Naeder was diabetic approached the car to help but soon realized that she was just drunk, law-enforcement sources said.

The witness took the keys from the car, chastised Naeder about her pickled condition and called cops, the sources said.

With that, Naeder allegedly ran into nearby woods, but police found her 45 feet away.

A bottle of vodka and two beer cans were later found in her car.

She was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident, a Donovan spokesman said.
