A teenager was busted after he tossed a 14-year-old girl to the ground near an Upper West Side playground, police said yesterday.

When authorities questioned the victim, they found she had consensual sex with her alleged attacker, Andre Field, in the past nine months and charged him with rape because she’s so young, authorities said.

Fields, 18, approached the youngster on West 63rd Street near Amsterdam Avenue on Saturday at about 11 p.m. He allegedly grabbed her by the throat and threw her to the ground.

Cops saw the alleged attack taking place and chased him into a nearby building.

Fields was also charged with attempted assault.

A vagrant robbed a woman at knifepoint as she strolled in Central Park, cops said yesterday.

Lorenzo Smallwood, 46, walked up to the woman and her husband at West Drive and 109th Street at around 10:50 a.m. on Aug. 31, cops said. After asking for a cigarette, Smallwood allegedly pulled a knife, threatened the woman and swiped $100 from her. As he ran away, he dropped an ID card and the victim gave it to police, authorities said.

The suspect was tracked down last Friday and charged with robbery.

Four attackers jumped a man – an acquaintance of one of the thugs – as he left work near Grand Central Terminal, police said yesterday.

Shaddad Zokari, 19, accosted the victim after he walked out of an office building shortly after midnight on Aug. 15, sources said. He and his three accomplices allegedly began punching and kicking him.

He was picked up Sunday and charged with assault. The other three suspects were being sought.

A sauced Georgia motorist threatened the driver of another car with a knife on a Hell’s Kitchen street, officials said.

JenPaul Stewart, 28, was driving on 11th Avenue, near West 45th Street Saturday when he flashed the weapon at a woman in the car next to him, sources said. When cops arrived, Stewart refused to take a breath test, allegedly saying, “I know when I’m intoxicated. I don’t need to take a test.”

He faces charges that include weapons possession.

Brooklyn

Two friends were busted after they had a fight during a card game in Bushwick, authorities said.

Gloria Truillo, 55 and Maria Hernandez, 51, began to argue over money as they played on Knickerbocker Avenue on Saturday evening. Hernandez claimed Truillo knocked her to the ground with a wooden chair and then began to beat her with it. Truillo told investigators that Hernandez hit her in the arm and face with a metal paint can.

Both were charged with assault, said a spokesman for DA Charles Hynes.

Four beer-obsessed bozos jumped a Cypress Hills bodega manager after he refused to sell them brews before noon, authorities said yesterday.

Ricardo Purandat, 18, Fidel Purandat, 22, Joseph Reyes, 22 and Louis Reyes, 18, were looking to score a few cold ones at Alkai Grocery Store on Crescent Street early Sunday.

The victim told them to come back after noon. When the thugs returned, they began arguing with the 44 year-old man and then began to beat him, police said.

They were charged with assault.

Bronx

A livery driver was stabbed in Allerton, cops said yesterday. The victim, 49, was driving along Hardin Avenue just after 11 p.m. when he crashed into several parked cars.

When cops arrived, they discovered the man, whose name was withheld, had been stabbed in the stomach and chest. He was rushed to Jacobi Hospital in serious condition.
