An off-duty cop chased down a gunman who shot three people outside a Harlem subway station last night, police said.

José Diaz, a three-year NYPD veteran, saw the suspect open fire outside the station at 145th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue at 9:37 p.m., sources said. Two women and a man were hit by the random gunfire, but none sustained life-threatening injuries.

The shooter fled in a livery cab and Diaz followed him 13 blocks in his own car and alerted other officers, who made the bust.

A thug twice attacked his girlfriend in her Upper East Side apartment, authorities said yesterday.

In the first assault, Shlomo Avraham, 27, for unknown reasons allegedly grabbed the 25-year-old woman by the neck in her East 78th Street apartment at 6 p.m. Sunday.

Then he threw her against a window and broke her cellphone as she fled, sources said.

Later, Avraham returned, grabbed her by the neck again, pulled out clusters of her hair and hit her with a shoe, the sources said.

Avraham was arrested and charged with unlawful imprisonment and assault, a DA spokeswoman said.

Police nabbed a subway pervert who used a cellphone video camera to film up a woman’s skirt in the Union Square station, authorities said yesterday.

Cops caught Noe Rosas, 29, in the act in Nos. 4/5/6 station at 7:40 p.m. last Friday, authorities said.

He was charged with unlawful surveillance, the DA’s spokeswoman said.

A pedicab employee beat a fellow worker and threatened him with a hammer during a botched robbery on the Upper West Side, authorities said yesterday.

Nicholas Iacovino, 25, clashed with the male victim in the pedicab-company office on West End Avenue near West 63rd Street at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, sources said.

As the victim counted money, Iacovino demanded he hand it over, a court complaint states.

When the victim refused, Iacovino allegedly grabbed his hand, punched him in the arm and waved a hammer at him.

Cops grabbed Iacovino, who was charged with attempted robbery and weapon possession.

A man injured two cops after exposing himself on a street in Hell’s Kitchen, authorities said yesterday.

Police spotted a partially unclothed Andrew Felton, 38, holding a pipe at West 39th Street and 10th Avenue at 12:40 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

Felton allegedly waved the pipe at a pedestrian and yelled, “Stay away.”

As police wrestled Felton into custody, he allegedly fractured a cop’s wrist and injured another officer’s elbow.

The Bronx

Detectives are investigating the shooting death of a man in Parkchester.

Cops responded to a call of an unconscious man at 2:12 a.m. yesterday and found Reinaldo Ortiz, 27, sprawled on the pavement at Sagamore and Amethyst streets, police said.

Ortiz had been shot numerous times in the torso and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Brooklyn

Cops nabbed a man who allegedly burglarized at least eight homes in Bay Ridge and Bensonhurst.

Rami Abuziyad, 27, was busted Saturday by officers who caught him committing still another burglary, authorities said yesterday. Under questioning, he admitted his role in eight other cases, sources said.

Cops found stolen jewelry and other loot at his home, the sources said.

A suspect was arrested for smashing his lover in the head with a beer bottle, authorities said yesterday.

Rajae Smith, 23, allegedly bashed his 41-year-old partner in the face as the victim entered his apartment on Empire Boulevard in Crown Heights at 8 a.m. Monday.

The victim was rushed to Kingsbrook Hospital, where he received 11 staples and three stitches.

A shoplifter in Midwood swiped $200 from an unattended cash register in the presence of his 3-year-old son, authorities said yesterday.

John Dering, 46, and his son walked into a store at Kings Highway and East 16th Street at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

Dering allegedly walked past the unattended register twice before opening it and removing $200 in cash.

The storeowner, who was in back at the time of the theft, later reviewed surveillance footage showing Dering stealing the money, sources said.

Dering was charged with petit larceny and child endangerment.

Staten Island

Cops arrested two hoodlums who vandalized three cars and swiped several side mirrors, authorities said yesterday.

Police on patrol saw a Volkswagen blow a stop sign at Crowell Avenue near Westcott Boulevard in Westerleigh at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, sources said.

At that moment, the cops got a report of two people in a car fitting the VW’s description having been involved in vandalism.

After pulling over the car, the occupants, Matthew McCaleb, 19, and Colin McCole, 18, were arrested for allegedly using a bat to damage a 2008 Honda Accord, a 1999 Dodge Neon and a 2000 GMC.

Police recovered three side mirrors allegedly in the duo’s possession.

A spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan said the suspects were charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny.
