MANHATTAN
* Police busted a man who allegedly pummeled his mother in her Upper East Side apartment.
Duncan Sabater, 22, of The Bronx argued with his mom, 41, in her place on First Avenue at 95th Street at 1:10 p.m. Saturday.
It was unclear what sparked the dispute, but Sabater allegedly punched his mother in the face, causing an eye injury that sent her to Metropolitan Hospital.
Sabater was arrested that day and charged with assault, sources said.
BRONX
* An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that left a 17-year-old girl dead and two other teenagers wounded.
Police said Brandin Santiago was being held on murder, attempted murder and weapons charges in connection with the shooting early Sunday in Mt. Eden.
Nadairee Walters was fatally shot and two young men wounded in their legs.
The violence grew out of a dispute at a party.
* A man was found shot to death early yesterday on a Bedford Park street.
The unidentified victim, in his 30s, had been shot once in the abdomen on Pond Place at East 198th Street just after 3 a.m. He was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
BROOKLYN
* A 19-year-old was found yesterday shot to death in a car in East Flatbush. The victim, whose name was withheld pending family notification, was standing on E. 34th Street whith another person when he saw the thug approach.
He jumped into the car as the gunman opened fire. The person standing next to him was grazed – and cops did not immediately know which victim was the target.
* A man and a woman were found mysteriously shot to death yesterday at a Bedford-Stuyvesant housing project.
The unidentified victims, a 43-year-old man and 36-year-old woman, were discovered in a first-floor apartment on Park Avenue near Broadway at 8 a.m.
STATEN ISLAND
* A lying thug was accidentally shot in the foot by his bumbling cousin – but told cops he took the bullet in an armed robbery in Mariners Harbor, authorities said yesterday.
Michael Blackman, 22, allegedly made the false report on Halloween night after his cousin, Anthony Mahoney, accidentally shot him in the foot.
The gunplay unfolded after Mahoney spotted Blackman with a gun on Benjamin Place near Northfield Avenue and asked to see it, sources said.
“I hit the trigger, and I thought it was going to click, but it went, ‘Boom!’ ” Mahoney allegedly told cops.
But Blackman told staff at Richmond University Hospital that he was wounded when a man tried to mug him, authorities said.
He was charged with filing a false report, according to a spokesman for District Attorney Daniel Donovan.
Mahoney was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
