A man was shot to death on his 21st birthday in Crown Heights last night, police said.

“I was watching the Knicks game and then I heard two shots go off, then three shots,” said Dieubi Joinvil, who lives near the shooting scene at Empire Boulevard and Nostrand Avenue. “I ducked. I gave it thirty seconds and went to the window. I looked outside and saw somebody lying down. I went outside and saw paramedics pumping his chest.”

The victim, whose name was withheld pending family notification, was shot numerous times in the head and torso. Cops were looking for three suspects.

A pervert pummeled a woman after exposing himself in a Fort Greene subway station, authorities said yesterday.

Rile Johnson, 26, was urinating on a platform in the Clinton-Washington Avenues station at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday when he caught the attention of the victim, cops said.

The woman covered her face to avoid looking at Johnson, then walked away, cops said.

Johnson allegedly followed her and asked why she couldn’t look at him.

Frightened, the woman pepper-sprayed Johnson, who, in turn, repeatedly punched her in the head and neck, causing minor injuries, cops said.

The victim flagged down a cop and Johnson was busted on charges of assault and public lewdness.

Manhattan

Police have tracked down a man who allegedly threatened to slash a woman’s throat on the Upper East Side.

Jeremiah Dinkens, 25, approached and demanded cash from the woman, an acquaintance, at Park Avenue and East 84th Street on Oct. 24, authorities said.

When the victim said she had none, Dinkens barked, “If you don’t come with me, I will cut your throat,” according to court records.

He then allegedly rifled her pockets and took $342 in cash before fleeing.

Dinkens was busted Nov. 19 on a robbery charge, said a spokeswoman for the Manhattan DA’s Office.

Three thugs were arrested after one assaulted a man in Greenwich Village, authorities said yesterday.

Taian Maeda, 29, Nicholas Alverson, 23, and Niklas Ahern, 20, were involved in a melee outside a restaurant at MacDougal Street near Minetta Lane at 10:50 p.m. on Nov. 19, cops said.

During the fracas, Alverson allegedly punched a man in the face while Maeda and Ahern allegedly swung metal pipes at other people. The three men were busted and charged with attempted assault and weapon possession. Alverson was also charged with assault.

A Murray Hill man was arrested for beating and stabbing three people when his friend got booted from a nightclub, authorities said yesterday.

Michael Frederick, 31, struck a bouncer in the head with a hard object as the victim was ejecting Frederick’s friend from the bar on Park Avenue South near East 31st Street at 12:45 a.m. Saturday, cops said.

Frederick then allegedly stabbed a male patron and broke a woman’s wrist. He was charged with assault and weapon possession.

A Bronx man kicked his estranged girlfriend in the eye after forcing his way into her Hell’s Kitchen apartment, police said.

Levar Myers, 29, arrived uninvited at the door of the victim’s apartment on West 56th Street near 10th Avenue at 2:25 p.m. on Nov. 19, cops said.

She refused to let him in, prompting Myers to push his way through the door, police said.

Myers then knocked the woman to the floor and kicked her, causing facial bruises, court papers say.

A neighbor called 911 and Levar was arrested on burglary and assault charges.

Queens

A driver repeatedly rammed a woman’s car during a road-rage incident in Queens Village, authorities said yesterday.

Daniel Geneste, 26, was driving a 2001 Mercedes-Benz on the Clearview Expressway at Hillside Avenue at 1 p.m. Sunday when he cut in front of the woman’s car and slammed on his brakes, nearly causing a collision, a court complaint states. Geneste then repeatedly backed up into the woman’s car, damaging it, the complaint says.

Then he allegedly ripped off her side-view mirror, smashed her GPS system and punched the hood of her car, denting it.

Geneste was busted for criminal mischief, petit larceny and reckless driving, said a spokesman for DA Richard Brown.

Staten Island

A drunken motorist was arrested after his passenger was killed in a crash, authorities said yesterday.

Peter Caporale, 48, was driving a 2008 Pontiac south on the West Shore Expressway near the Staten Island Expressway at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Vincent Caruso, 56, was in the passenger seat.

The car hit an oil slick and crashed into a guardrail. Caruso, who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and later died at St. Vincent’s Hospital.

Caporale failed a Breathalyzer test, cops said. A spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan said Caporale was charged with vehicular manslaughter and DWI.

Another drunken driver was nabbed after allegedly blowing a red light in front of a marked police car.

Richard Manzi, 40, was pulled over in a 2000 GMC Suburban at Amboy and Richmond roads at 2 a.m. Tuesday. Cops smelled alcohol on his breath, and busted him for DWI.
