Staten Island
A sloshed Brooklyn motorist with a blood-alcohol level almost four times the legal limit was busted early yesterday at the Verrazano Bridge toll plaza, officials said.
Another driver noticed Louis Hendrickson, 45, allegedly swerving as he crossed the bridge just after midnight, and called police. Investigators stopped the suspect at the toll plaza.
He was found to have a blood-alcohol level of .294 according to court papers.
Hendrickson was charged with aggravated DWI, according to a spokesman for Staten Island DA Daniel Donovan.

Another motorist was busted when he smashed into two cars on a Grant City street and then claimed the accident was caused by someone who had stolen his vehicle, authorities said.
John Eve, 36, allegedly crashed into a 2005 Chevy Cavalier and a 2007 Toyota Corolla on Mason Avenue near Seaver Avenue just before 1 a.m. on Jan. 2 and fled.
The next day, he called 911 and reported the bogus theft to his insurance company, police said.
Eve was charged with insurance fraud and leaving the scene of an accident, the DA’s spokesman said.
Manhattan
A cane-wielding thug thumped a stranger in the head after the victim bumped into him on a SoHo street, sources said.
William Butler, 55, argued with the victim at Spring and Lafayette streets last Thursday afternoon before allegedly whacking him in the face, leaving him with a cut over his eye.
The suspect was hit with an assault rap, sources said.
Brooklyn
A teenage thug went ballistic at a Marine Park bodega, sticking up the clerk when she made his sandwich wrong, police said.
He was nabbed after the victim’s brother grappled with him long enough for police to arrive, officials said.
Ricot Magnan, 17, a regular at T.K.’s Express Deli and Grocery on Flatlands Avenue, near Ryder Street, ordered and paid for a sandwich just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
But he didn’t like the way it was being prepared and demanded his money back. When the victim offered only half of the cash back, the suspect brandished what appeared to be a knife and put it against her stomach, authorities said. He allegedly grabbed cash from the register, but put the loot back down when the victim’s brother walked in.
Magnan tried to flee, punching the brother in the face, but the man held him until police arrived, authorities said. He was charged with robbery and assault.

A Sunset Park man and his elderly landlady were busted after they got into a scuffle over money, authorities said.
Cops arrived at the building, on 52nd Street near Ninth Avenue, early Sunday morning to find Richard McKerchie, 47, and Joanne Ohara, 70, yelling at each other. Ohara claimed McKerchie punched her in the face and pulled her hair, sources said. McKerchie told cops his landlady had threatened him with a knife.
Both were charged with menacing and harassment. Ohara was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

Three shoplifters were nabbed when they fought with the manager of an East Flatbush clothing store, authorities said.
Deanna Coley, 17, Jasime Coley, 18, and Asher Simon, 22, walked into the store on Church Avenue near Utica Avenue on Sunday afternoon and allegedly began stuffing clothes into their bags.
When the manager confronted them on the way out, they began cursing and hitting him with a metal object, cops said.
All three were charged with assault, menacing and harassment.
Queens
A woman was found dead in a car on a Bellerose street yesterday morning, sources said.
Cops responded to a 911 call of an unconscious woman in an SUV on 89th Avenue near Commonwealth Boulevard just before 11 a.m. When they arrived, they found the 2005 Honda CRV locked and had to break the window. The 49 year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were no signs of trauma, and the medical examiner will perform an autopsy.
