* Cops are hunting for a crew of crooks who have been using a clever ruse to loot accounts at East Village banks, cops said.

First, the gang, three females and one male, hang around in the target bank’s lobby.

When a customer tries to use an ATM machine, one of the crooks waits until he or she inserts an ATM card. They then tell the victim the machine is broken.

Another member of the crew watches over the customer’s shoulder as the PIN code is entered.

Once the customer leaves, the crooks use the code to access the customer’s accounts and withdraw cash.

The gang targeted customers at the Bank of America on Broadway near Astor Place on Oct. 25 and the BofA branch at Lafayette Street near East Houston Street on Dec. 13, sources said.

A tip led cops to the Harlem home of a family member Friday, where they found Rivera and arrested him for rape and robbery, cops said.

On the passenger seat, a cop spotted a bottle of Svedka Vodka, according to court papers.

Coyle was given a Breathalyzer test, and it determined his blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit, sources said.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

* A Queens man was busted after he tried to force a teen into prostituting herself at a Travis hotel, police said.

Anthony Ryans, 26, had offered to drive the 17-year-old girl to Florida, where her family lives, cops said.

They set out on the trip Thursday, and the girl fell asleep in the passenger seat while he drove, sources said.

She woke at 12:30 p.m., only to find herself in Staten Island, in the parking lot of the Hilton Garden Inn on South Avenue near Lois Lane, the sources said.

Ryans allegedly told her, “I’m a pimp, and you’re going to start working for me,” court papers revealed.”

He locked the doors and refused to let her get out of the car, and warned there would be trouble if she didn’t do what he said, cops said.

Eventually, she was able to break free and run to the hotel, where staff called 911.

Armed with a description, cops caught up with Ryans nearby.
