A man was busted for exposing himself in front of a woman aboard a subway train in Flatbush, authorities said yesterday.

Samuel Pfeffer, 53, was standing next to the 38-year-old woman, who was seated on a B train approaching the Church Avenue station at 7:17 p.m. Thursday, sources said.

Suddenly, the woman felt someone brush up against her and thump her shoulder, and she turned to see Pfeffer exposing himself, the sources said.

The woman screamed at Pfeffer to stay away, ran off the train and flagged down an officer in the station, cops said.

The officer quickly arrested Pfeffer, who was charged with sexual abuse and public lewdness.

Manhattan

A thief broke into a Greenwich Village apartment and stole $25,750 in jewelry and laptops, police sources said yesterday.

The prowler smashed the lock of the apartment on East 11th Street near University Place last Wednesday evening after the 24-year-old tenant stepped out.

The burglar quickly swiped the treasure, including Jaeger LeCoultre and Breitling watches, a Judith Ripka necklace and David Yurman jewelry.

The thief also grabbed a 17-inch laptop, a MacBook Air laptop and a Mac PowerBook laptop.

Meanwhile, police are also hunting for a cat burglar who swiped a laptop from a SoHo apartment.

The intruder climbed up a fire escape at the building on Sixth Avenue near Prince Street at around 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 26.

He then smashed a window to enter the apartment, grabbed the computer, unlocked the front door and dashed out.

Two bandits robbed a deliveryman at gunpoint in a Chinatown apartment building, police sources said yesterday.

The crooks sprang out from behind a door in a hallway of the Mott Street building as the 52-year-old man was trying to deliver food at around 10:30 p.m. Feb. 3.

One suspect threatened the deliveryman with a gun, then swiped his cellphone and $20 before he ran off with an accomplice.

This man (above) is wanted for committing a gunpoint robbery in an East Harlem apartment building.

The 5-foot-11, 200-pound suspect brandished his firearm while removing property from a man in an elevator in the building on East 124th Street near Second Avenue at around 2:20 p.m. on Jan. 12, according to cops.

He was last seen wearing a Northface jacket, black jeans and tan boots.

Bronx

A Bronx man has been arrested for robbing a young woman at knifepoint aboard a subway train in Inwood, police sources said yesterday.

Michael Boone, 44, was busted Friday on robbery charges after the 19-year-old victim identified him in a lineup, sources said.

Boone allegedly pulled out a steak knife, sat down next to the victim and demanded her money on a southbound A train at the West 207th Street station last Christmas Eve.

When the victim said she had no cash, Boone allegedly punched her in the face, rifled her pockets and took $20.

A man was shot to death in a Concourse housing project yesterday, police said.

Brian McCray, 35, was found with a torso wound in the Concourse Village Houses at East 161 Street and Concourse Village East after police received a 911 call at about 3:30 a.m.

He was brought to Lincoln Hospital, where he died.

Queens

Police are investigating the mysterious shooting death of a man in Woodhaven.

Cops responded to a 911 call at around 2:30 a.m. yesterday and found Julian Smith, 23, with a gunshot wound to the chest on Atlantic Avenue and 102nd Street, police said.

Smith was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he died.

A Cambria Heights woman was arrested after fatally stabbing her boyfriend, police said yesterday.

Vernice Esprit, 46, allegedly knifed Harry Menard, 56, in the torso in their home on 225th Street near Linden Boulevard at about 10:40 p.m. Saturday.

Menard was taken to Mary Immaculate Hospital, where he later died.

Police were called to the scene and busted Esprit on charges of murder and weapon possession.

It was unclear what provoked the attack.
