* An East New York woman went wild with rage and swung a hammer at a couple after accusing them of breaking her door locks in the private home they share, authorities said yesterday.

Kisha Robinson, 31, clashed with an 18-year-old woman and her 20-year-old boyfriend in the home at Georgia and New Lots avenues at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, cops said. Robinson allegedly tried to hit the woman with the hammer head but missed and put a hole in the wall.

As police were cuffing Robinson, she struggled in a bid to break free and again attack the couple, cops said.

She was charged with menacing and weapon possession.

* A thug was arrested for stabbing a man who the suspect said had jumped ahead of him in line at a Downtown Brooklyn public-assistance office, authorities said yesterday.

Michael Mingo, 26, flew into a rage as he accused the 46-year-old victim of cutting in line at the office on Duffield Street and Oratory Place at 11 a.m. on Jan. 20, cops said.

The suspect allegedly pulled a knife and slashed the victim in the back, resulting in injuries that required stitches. He was arrested Tuesday and charged with assault. Manhattan .

Manhattan

* A Whole Foods employee stabbed a co-worker in the Union Square outlet where they worked, authorities said yesterday.

For unknown reasons, Ngawang Jorden, 22, grabbed a knife with an eight-inch blade and lunged at the man in the stockroom of the supermarket stockroom at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at St. Vincent’s Hospital.

Jorden was charged with attempted murder and assault, said a DA spokeswoman.

* A burglar was caught redhanded in a TriBeCa office building, authorities said yesterday.

Philip McQueary, 51, sneaked inside the building at Hudson and Vestry streets at 5:30 p.m. last Friday, sources said.

He was rummaging through a desk in an unoccupied office when an employee walked in, the sources said.

The suspect fled as the employee called 911, and McQueary was found on another floor, cops said.

Police say they found stolen wallets in McQueary’s possession. He was charged with burglary.

* In a bizarre bid to get booze on the house, a brazen imposter walked into a Washington Heights bar and claimed he was an FBI agent, only to later wind up behind bars, authorities said yesterday.

Raymond Vasquez, 44, walked into a bar and grill at St. Nicholas Avenue and West 183rd Street at 4:30 a.m. Monday and announced, “I work for the FBI and I’m going to shut this place down unless I get some free drinks,” sources said.

He then allegedly flashed what appeared to be a law-enforcement badge.

Moments later, two off-duty cops came in to order food and a witness alerted them.

Vasquez was charged with criminal impersonation and attempted grand larceny.

* Police are hunting a notepassing bank thief who robbed a Midtown branch, police said yesterday.

The suspect slipped a teller a demand note in the Capital One Bank branch at Park Avenue and East 58th Street at 2 p.m. last Saturday, and escaped with an unknown sum of cash, cops said.

He was dressed in a black and brown jacket and was carrying a green backpack, witnesses said.

* Angry words let to gunplay in East Harlem, leaving a victim dead and another wounded, cops said yesterday.

Tyrell Jordan, 21, and another man exchanged words with several thugs on East 103rd Street near Third Avenue at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

One of the assailants shot Jordan in the torso and the other man in the thigh.

Jordan died at Metropolitan Hospital. The wounded man was listed in stable condition.

Staten Island

* Cops caught a pair of petty crooks breaking into a parked car in Stapleton, police said.

Joseph Mollica, 41, and James Morrison, 44, smashed the window of a Mazda minivan and swiped a GPS device at Bay Street near Hope Avenue at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Cops on patrol grabbed Mollica, recovered the stolen device and arrested him on charges of criminal mischief and petit larceny.

After a brief struggle, Morrison was cuffed and charged with criminal mischief, petit larceny and resisting arrest, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.
