Police yesterday released a photo of two bandits (one pictured above) who robbed an Upper West Side bank at gunpoint last year.

In January 2002, the robbers, one of them brandishing a gun, walked into the Commerce Bank on Broadway near West 68th Street at around 10:30 a.m., approached a teller and demanded money.

After the teller forked over cash, the suspects fled.

One of them was described as a black man, about 26, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a three-quarter-length jacket and a skull cap.

The other was described as a black man in his 20s, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds.

Three men were arrested in East Harlem after police spotted them smoking marijuana and found two guns in their mini-van, authorities said yesterday.

Manhattan North Crime Unit cops were patrolling in an unmarked car at around 10 p.m. Thursday, when they saw three men smoking marijuana in the white mini-van parked at East 107th Street and Lexington Avenue.

The officers pulled over and arrested the suspects, who, they said, had small quantities of marijuana and cocaine on them.

They also searched the van and discovered a .380-caliber handgun on the backseat and a 9 mm semi-automatic in a hidden compartment.

Michael Aquino, 23, and Juan Zarzuela, 23, were charged with drug and weapons possession. Carlos Miranda, 24, was charged with gun possession.

A Brooklyn man shot in the head on a Lower East Side street Tuesday has died, police said yesterday.

Ismael Zorrilla, 38, got into an apparent drug-related dispute with an unidentified man on Attorney Street near Rivington Street at around 6 p.m.

The man pulled a gun and shot Zorrilla several times in the back of the head before fleeing.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he died Thursday.

Bronx

A 21-year-old man was shot four times and died early yesterday after he was approached by an assailant on a Morrisania street, police said.

The thug, described as a black man wearing a black jacket and white pants, pulled out a gun and opened fire on Third Avenue near East 170th Street at around 2:30 a.m.

The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect, whose motive was not known, fled.

A 12-year-old girl was sodomized by a 13-year-old acquaintance in a Melrose apartment, police said yesterday.

The victim was attacked by the boy in the East 151st Street residence at around 1 p.m. Wednesday.

She was taken to Lincoln Hospital for treatment. No arrests have been made.

Brooklyn

A 22-year-old man was charged with murder yesterday in the shooting of a teenager on an East New York street, police said.

Latik Short got into an argument with Gary McQueen, 18, at Van Siclen Avenue near Livonia Avenue at around 10 p.m. Monday, police said.

Police did not know what the dispute was about, but, they said, Short drew a gun and shot McQueen in the chest.

McQueen was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he died.

Short fled, but was later apprehended.

Queens

Police yesterday identified a teenager who was found dead in her Long Island City apartment Thursday.

Maria Urquizo, 18, was discovered by her friend in her residence at 37-32 28th St. at around 1:30 p.m.

Police said her body bore no visible signs of trauma.
