A crazed landlord pistol-whipped a teenage girl in the head after she refused to break up a party at her East New York apartment, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

Javier Wint, 49, allegedly flew off the handle Saturday night, whacking the 16-year-old in the head with the butt of a gun in the apartment on Pine Street, near Loring Avenue.

He was busted a short time later after he was pointed out by the girl, and was charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, the sources said.

The girl’s injuries were not considered serious.

A thug mugged a 38-year-old man at knifepoint on a Bushwick street, police sources said yesterday.

The victim and the suspect, Gregory Daniels, 23, crossed paths on Madison Street near Broadway at 4:35 a.m. Sunday.

“Give me your money or I will cut you,” Daniels told him, holding a razor, the sources said.

The victim coughed up $26 and the suspect fled, but he was nabbed nearby and charged with robbery, grand larceny and criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said.

Staten Island

A drunken man leaped onto a moving car in Graniteville early yesterday morning, sending it careening into parked vehicles just steps from the suspect’s home.

Sources said a sloshed James Crupi, 36, jumped onto the hood of the vehicle on Ada Drive just before 1 a.m.

The stunned driver lost control, smashing into two parked cars.

When rescuers arrived, the unhinged suspect leaped onto a Fire Department vehicle and tore off the windshield wipers before unleashing a verbal tirade at the workers, sources said.

Crupi, who sources said has prior drunken-driving arrests, was hauled off to Richmond University Medical Center, where he was treated for cuts.

He was charged with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and resisting arrest, according to a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

The driver was uninjured.

A teen in an out-of-control car almost ran over two cops as they were investigating an accident, officials said yesterday.

John Seidito, 17, was hurtling down Foster Road near Ramona Avenue Friday night when he swerved into oncoming traffic to get around a police barrier, nearly hitting a sergeant and police officer, sources said.

When cops managed to stop him, they discovered that he had an air pistol and 12 bags of pot in the car, authorities said.

Seidito was charged with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of marijuana and possession of an imitation pistol, the DA’s office said.

Manhattan

A man stabbed a pedestrian in the face on the Upper West Side, authorities said yesterday.

The 22-year-old victim was walking along Broadway near West 79th Street on Sunday afternoon when the alleged slasher grabbed him and poked him in the face twice with a sharp object before fleeing.

The victim was not seriously wounded.

A middle-aged man sauntered into an off-limits area of the NYU Medical Center a week after he was busted for ripping off a lobby newsstand there, officials said.

Hun Lee, 55, was spotted in an employees-only back lobby last Friday afternoon, sources said.

A week earlier, he was nabbed for stealing a measly $7 from a newsstand at the hospital.

Lee faces a slew of charges, including criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and trespassing, according to the Manhattan DA’s Office.

Cops are on the hunt for a prowler who tried to burglarize a Gramercy apartment.

The 65-year-old tenant, who was sleeping at the time, heard someone trying to break into her home on East 22nd Street near First Avenue last Wednesday at 3 a.m.

When she went to check out the commotion, she noticed damage to the door lock, but the burglar had fled.

A vagrant was arrested for cracking a man in the face with a bottle near a homeless shelter, officials said.

Jesus Morales, 36, allegedly punched the 25-year-old victim in the face and then hit him with the bottle last Friday morning near the Bellevue Men’s Shelter at Third Avenue and East 27th Street.

He was charged with assault. The victim suffered cuts to the nose and cheek.
