Two motorists were arrested for assaulting each other during an argument over a parking spot in Bushwick, authorities said yesterday.

Fulvio Mercado, 44, clashed with Casildo Navarez-Parson, 66, on Putnam Avenue near Evergreen Avenue at 2:30 a.m. last Thursday, cops said.

According to Mercado, Navarez-Parson allegedly punched and shoved him to the ground. Navarez-Parson then allegedly kicked Mercado about the body.

In self-defense, Mercado says, he stood up and hit Navarez-Parson in the head with a beer bottle.

According to Navarez-Parson, Mercado struck him in the head with the bottle.

Navarez-Parson claimed he then punched Mercado in self-defense.

Police were called and arrested both men.

Two pistol-packing perps shot a man after chasing him for several blocks in Brownsville, police sources said yesterday.

The suspects allegedly ran after the victim from Saratoga Avenue and Chauncey Street to Bainbridge Street near Howard Avenue on Wednesday night.

There, the gunmen shot the man in each upper thigh and ran.

The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. Sources said robbery may have been the motive.

Two men were arrested for attacking a waitress in a Flatbush restaurant, authorities said yesterday.

Carlos Hernandez, 20, and William Tzarax, 21, were drinking when they started arguing with the 29-year-old waitress in the eatery on Church Avenue near East 12th Street at 12:10 a.m. last Thursday, cops said.

Suddenly, Tzarax pulled the woman by the hair and Hernandez punched her in the face, police said.

Cops were called and arrested the suspects, who were charged with assault, menacing and harassment.

The waitress suffered facial swelling, but refused medical attention.

Manhattan

A woman hit her boyfriend in the face with a broom in his Upper East Side apartment, police sources said yesterday.

For unspecified reasons, the woman allegedly attacked her 35-year-old boyfriend in his apartment on East 81st Street near Second Avenue at 6:30 a.m. Friday.

The victim suffered a lip laceration, and the girlfriend ran off.

A pack of thugs robbed a young man in Carl Schurz Park near Gracie Mansion early yesterday, police sources said.

About five hoodlums confronted the 20-year-old victim sitting on a bench with a 19-year-old friend in the park, at East End Avenue and 86th Street, at 1:47 a.m.

During an ensuing argument, the robbers swiped $22 from the victim and fled.

Two teens beat up a middle-aged man during a botched robbery in Central Park, police sources said yesterday.

Jimmy Rivas, 16, and a 17-year-old accomplice, whose name was not immediately available, accosted the 46-year-old man on Cross Drive and East Drive at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

After the duo demanded money, they repeatedly slugged the man in the face and back, police said. Cops were called and nabbed the pair, who were charged with assault and attempted robbery.

The victim was not seriously hurt.

The body of a New Jersey woman was fished out of the Hudson River off Chelsea, police said yesterday.

The 23-year-old Bayonne woman, who was tentatively identified, was found floating in the Hudson River near West 17th Street and the West Side Highway at around 5 p.m. Saturday.

Cops do not suspect any foul play, but are awaiting the results of an autopsy.

Staten Island

A driver injured a cop when he sped off after police pulled him over for running two red lights in Annadale, authorities said yesterday.

Anthony Maniscalco, 25, allegedly blew through the signals near Hylan Boulevard and Arbutus Avenue at around 4:45 a.m. last Thursday.

Police stopped his 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser nearby, and a cop ordered Maniscalco to turn off his engine.

But Maniscalco allegedly sped off, dragging one officer for several feet.

The cop’s partner gave chase and eventually arrested Maniscalco, who was charged with assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest, a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan said.

The injured officer suffered a minor sprain.
