A woman was arrested for slashing her estranged husband in his East Side apartment, police sources said yesterday.

Sarah Sprague, 29, clashed with him over issues involving their child in the apartment on East 63rd Street near First Avenue at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, the sources said.

Sprague pulled a boxcutter and slashed him on the shoulder, cops said.

A pizzeria employee was arrested for spraying a customer in the face with Windex after an argument erupted over the victim bringing his dog into the Upper East Side eatery, police sources said yesterday.

José Guzman, 23, clashed with the 46-year-old victim in Figaro Pizza on Second Avenue near East 76th Street at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.

Guzman grabbed a bottle of Windex and sprayed the victim in the eyes, sending him to Lenox Hill Hospital, police said.

A woman reported the theft of her $9,000 diamond engagement ring after she left two air-conditioner repairmen alone in her Upper East Side apartment, police sources said yesterday.

The 32-year-old woman went to work at 8 a.m. Wednesday, leaving the workers inside her apartment on East 79th Street near First Avenue, cops said.

She said that when she returned at 5:30 p.m., she noticed her two-carat ring was missing from her jewelry box.

A thief swiped an inattentive woman’s pocketbook in Central Park, sources said yesterday.

The crook snatched the purse in a grassy area at the Mineral Springs building at 67th Street and West Drive at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The victim had left her pocketbook unattended for 30 minutes while she accompanied a group to a play rehearsal.

The bag contained, among other items, $20 in cash.

Brooklyn

A bat-wielding thug who lent his cousin $10,000 attacked the man in Sunset Park after the victim allegedly stopped making payments, cops said yesterday.

Bertin Marmolejo, 48, allegedly drove up to his cousin on 40th Street near Seventh Avenue at 6:30 a.m. Monday and shouted at him menacingly.

Marmolejo then got out of his car, hurled more insults, grabbed the bat from the trunk and repeatedly whacked the victim on the arm, police said.

A thief asked for forgiveness after she was arrested for swiping $2,200 from her employer in East New York, authorities said yesterday.

Katherin Cruz, 26, apparently used a hammer to smash the front door of the business on Pennsylvania Avenue near Liberty Avenue between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on July 10, cops said.

Cruz went inside, swiped the money from a cabinet and fled, officers said.

Several days later, Cruz returned to work and was confronted by her boss.

Cruz allegedly said she would pay back the money, but did not acknowledge taking it.

After cops arrested her that day, Cruz allegedly asked for forgiveness from the boss.

Bronx

Police are searching for Melissa Barthelemy (above), 24, who has been missing from her Underhill Avenue home in Parkchester since July 12.

Staten Island

A teen driver was busted mowing down a rival in Great Kills, cops said yesterday.

Jonathan Moscioni, 17, and friends fought with a second group of teens near Elverton and Leverett avenues at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, cops said.

Moscioni jumped behind the wheel of a Nissan Altima and sped toward the second group, hitting a man, sources said.

Minutes later, cops spotted Moscioni’s car, which had slammed into a city bus nearby, sources said.

Moscioni was promptly arrested, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

A body-shop owner was arrested for filing a false insurance claim on a car he had damaged himself, authorities said yesterday.

George Padula, 21, allegedly took a rubber mallet to a 2008 Pontiac that had been dropped off for repair at his shop on Winant Place in Charleston on June 18.

Padula filed a claim for $8,000, cops said.
