At 1:40 p.m. Thursday, the homeowner, a 29-year-old woman, spotted Uscilowska leaving her bedroom with a plastic bag containing the jewelry in the apartment on Flushing Avenue near Marcy Avenue, police said.

The victim quickly called the Shomrim patrol, a volunteer watchdog group.

A Shomrim patrolman responded and confronted Uscilowska, who allegedly tossed the jewelry at him and pleaded, “I don’t want any problems. I just want to leave.”

The volunteer held her until cops came and busted her for grand larceny.

For most men, one wife is enough. But Wendell Winfrey allegedly had two.

Winfrey, 44, of Bed-Stuy, married a 44-year-old woman from Roosevelt, LI, in 1991, but later separated from her, sources said.

Without getting a divorce, he then married a 37-year-old woman in Nov. 2005 and started living with her in Georgia, authorities said.

At some point, Winfrey decided to return to New York and shacked up again with his first wife.

That’s when both women somehow found out that Winfrey was a two-timer, and his second wife went straight to authorities.

Winfrey was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with a felony count of bigamy.

Cops tracked down Johnson on Sept. 1, and he was charged with attempted robbery. His alleged accomplices are still at large.
