A bicycle rider was arrested in Greenpoint after smashing the window of a taxi and threatening the driver, cops said yesterday.

Bradley Baker, 29, was riding at Meeker Avenue and Humboldt Street at 1 a.m. Tuesday when for some reason he began engaging the cabby in heated conversation, sources said.

Baker’s rage boiled over, and he smashed the taxi windshield with his bike lock and menaced the driver, police said.

The cabby flagged down a cop and Baker was arrested on charges of menacing, criminal mischief and weapon possession.

No shelter from this storm.

A Crown Heights homeless-shelter resident assaulted a fellow resident on consecutive days, cops said yesterday.

Sunday at 1 p.m., Nasha Serrano, 26, allegedly choked, scratched and punched the 31-year-old victim in the shelter on Ralph Avenue near Eastern Parkway, police said.

The next day, Serrano reprised her attack on the victim, after which cops busted the attacker on assault charges.

Manhattan

Love hurts.

A thug was busted for attacking his ex’s new boyfriend in Kips Bay, cops said.

Paul Pettaway, 24, repeatedly smacked the victim with a cane on the 23rd floor of the apartment building at East 28th Street and Mount Carmel Place at 11 p.m. on Feb. 12, sources said.

The victim filed a police report at the 13th Precinct station house, leading to Pettaway’s arrest Saturday on assault charges.

Staten Island

A budding anarchist got busted with a homemade bomb in Stapleton, authorities said yesterday.

John McCloskey, 19, was yelling into a cellphone at Broad and Canal streets at 9:30 p.m. Saturday when passing cops confronted him over an obvious bulge under his jacket, authorities said.

The bulge turned out to be a backpack containing a crude bomb made of gunpowder, electrical wires and nails, sources said.

He allegedly told police he had learned how to construct the contraption by watching Internet anarchist videos.

A spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan said McCloskey was charged with criminal possession of a dangerous weapon.

Bronx

A sex fiend was tracked down by cops after he allegedly raped and robbed a woman in Edgewater Park, authorities said yesterday.

Valon Qosaj, 26, pounced on the woman near the Thoggs Neck Expressway at Meagher Avenue at 5:30 a.m. on Feb. 5, cops said.

He raped her, snatched her wallet and fled, sources said.

He was arrested Sunday on rape and robbery charges.

A triggerman was arrested after allegedly shooting a rival gang-banger in Mott Haven, authorities said yesterday.

Alejandro Cardoso, 19, allegedly fired shots into a crowd on East 138th Street near Willis Avenue at 3 p.m. on Feb. 2, sources said.

He was arrested Saturday, and admitted, “I got down low and fired the gun two times,” hitting one of them in the left leg, sources said.

Vandora Pankey-Roberts, 51, was arrested after she flipped out on a cop writing her a summons in Crotona Park, cops said yesterday.

Pankey-Roberts was double-parked on Vyse Avenue near East 174th Street at 1 p.m. Saturday when the officer walked up and began writing, sources said.

Pankey-Roberts allegedly screamed, “F— the police. Just give me a summons. I’ll pay for the summons,” then pushed and scratched the officer.

She was charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

Queens

Cops are hunting the armed thug pictured above who threatened a motorist and carjacked his vehicle in Woodside.

The victim was stopped at a light on Northern Boulevard near 51st Street just after midnight on Feb. 4 when the suspect flashed a gun and forced his way into the car, cops said.

He allegedly stole the driver’s cash and forced him to drive to an ATM. But the victim’s card was apparently maxed out, so the gunman ditched the car and fled on foot.

A fast-acting cop nabbed two bandits robbing a livery driver at knifepoint in Corona, authorities said yesterday.

The officer spotted the driver struggling with passengers Javier Orzuna-Melendez, 26, and Juan Emiliano Maza, 30, in the cab on 45th Avenue near 102nd Street at 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 10, police said.

Moments earlier, Orzuna-Melendez had allegedly pulled a knife, put it to the driver’s throat and demanded cash.

Maza then grabbed the driver’s phone and coat from the front passenger seat, sources said.

The cop arrested both men on charges of robbery and weapon possession.
