A woman was raped by a man who had tried to strike up a conversation with her in a Gramercy Park bar, police sources said yesterday.
The 19-year-old victim told cops she was hanging out with friends in Still Bar at Third Avenue and 17th Street at 12:30 a.m. last Saturday when a six-foot man approached and talked to her.
The woman soon departed, but the thug followed her, police said.
As she turned a corner, he grabbed her and tried to kiss her, then raped her, authorities said.
The victim was treated at Bellevue Hospital.

A woman fought off a sicko who tried to rape her in the elevator of an East Harlem apartment building, police said yesterday.
The victim was on the elevator when the thug entered on the third floor of the building at Madison Avenue and East 102nd street at 11:50 p.m. last Saturday.
After he pushed a button, he pounced on the 22-year-old woman, covered her mouth and told her to keep quiet, sources said.
When the doors opened on the fourth floor, the thug dragged her into the hallway, slammed her head against a wall and tried to rape her, but fled when she valiantly fought him off and screamed.
The victim was not seriously injured.

Luckily, this East Harlem bank robber didn’t carry through on his deadly threat.
The thug passed an index card to a teller in the Chase branch at West 145th Street and Bradhurst Avenue at 9:50 a.m. last Saturday, police said.
The card read, “Don’t panic and no one gets hurt. You have 15 seconds to fill this bag with money, 50s & 100s. Please don’t f–king test me!!!”
The crook then snarled, “Don’t move or I’ll blow your head off.”
But when the teller moved too slowly to suit him, the nervous thief turned on his heels and fled empty-handed.

Cops say this man (pictured here) is the sicko who sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl in the stairwell of a Flatbush building.
The attack took place on July 22 at approximately 12:35 p.m.

Cops found an apparent robbery victim slain in East New York early yesterday.
The man, in his 20s, was spotted at 4:10 a.m. near Van Siclen and Wortman avenues with “a couple of bucks” still in his pockets, sources said.
The victim’s name was withheld pending family notification.
Bronx
A gun-toting bandit cleaned out a Bedford Park Laundromat, police said yesterday.
The unidentified man entered Connie Laundry at East Bedford Park Boulevard and Grand Concourse at 3 p.m. last Saturday.
He pulled a gun and demanded money from a worker, then racked the slide of the firearm and barked, “Hurry up!”
The thug then pointed the weapon at a customer and ordered him to cough up cash.
The robber fled with $200 from the employee and $50 from the customer.
Staten Island
Hate-crime investigators are hunting two men who beat up a Hispanic man in Port Richmond street after he bumped into a woman.
The victim was set upon on July 7 at 4 p.m. and punched in the face. He fell to the ground and then was kicked repeatedly while the attackers shouted anti-Hispanic slurs, police said.
The man is among the 11 victims of hate crimes in the borough this year.

Police are hunting for a ski-masked gunman who held up a Great Kills pharmacy.
The bandit, dressed all in black, brandished a firearm and barged inside the South Shore Pharmacy on Hylan Boulevard near Nelson Avenue at 7:30 p.m. last Friday.
He walked behind a counter and demanded oxycodone from a worker, who handed him the pills.
The bandit fled and no one was injured.
Queens
A pair of muggers slashed a man and snatched his gold chain in Hillcrest, police sources said yesterday.
The thugs accosted the 32-year-old man on 164th Street near 82nd Road at 3:30 p.m. last Friday.
One of the perpetrators grabbed him by the shoulder while the other pulled a knife.
When the victim resisted, the armed thug stabbed him in the buttocks, thigh and head and swiped his chain.
The victim was rushed to Queens General Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
His attackers fled.
