They snatch purses and swipe wallets from victims at bus stops, police said.
The thieves have struck seven times since Oct. 20, with two robberies Wednesday.
A 43-year-old woman had her pocketbook and cellphone taken by two goons after they grabbed her at 7:30 p.m. at 197th Street and 75th Avenue.
Ninety minutes later, a 27-year-old woman was targeted at 165th Street and Horace Harding Expressway.
One of the thugs knocked her to the ground and grabbed her pocketbook before fleeing in a black car.
Manhattan
An East Harlem man raped a girl who met him after skipping school, sources said.
The girl, 14, ditched class at 9:15 a.m. on Sept. 24 and met up with Trinidad Luna at his apartment on East 104th Street near Lexington Avenue, according to sources.
Neighbors alerted the teen’s mother who along with the girl reported the rape to police, sources said.
Luna, 22, turned himself in Monday to the Special Victims Squad, sources added.

A bumbling boozer was busted after allegedly grabbing an armful of liquor from a lower Manhattan bar.
Jeffrey Lewis, 54, tried to steal 10 bottles from a watering hole on Stone Street near Pearl Street at 11:30 p.m. last Saturday, according to sources.
An employee held him for police, said sources, who added that he was also spotted on video snatching 10 cases of Red Bull from a building on Pearl Street at 11:50 p.m. on Nov. 12.

The suspect struck a Greenwich Village branch at 11 a.m. on Oct. 5, police said.
He demanded money from the teller and ran off with an undisclosed sum of cash.
On Oct. 22 he hit a West Village branch at 11:30 a.m.
He demanded cash but fled with no loot.
Brooklyn
A brute assaulted a Bedford-Stuyvesant bodega clerk after trying to steal a rack full of items, sources said.
Tyreese Boomer, 21, punched the employee as the two struggled in the bodega on Gates Avenue near Malcolm X Boulevard at 7:15 p.m. on Nov. 8, according to sources.
Boomer fled but the victim identified his assailant from an NYPD database, sources added.
Boomer was busted Thursday at his home on Ralph Avenue, sources said.
Bronx
Where’s the beef?
Two thieves were arrested for skimming deliveries off trucks at a Crotona Park East supermarket, sources said.
Since August, Michael Rodriguez, 26, a driver for McKee Food Corp., had been shorting the Western Beef outlet on Southern Boulevard near East 173rd Street of merchandise to have been delivered, according to sources.
Rodriguez would sell the shorted items to other stores, the sources added.
His alleged partner in the scam was Western Beef receiving manager Michael Brown, 46, a 25-year employee.
Rodriguez would pay Brown $60 to $80 to miscount the product, sources said.
Staten Island
A pair of car thieves led cops on a high-speed chase after they were spotted rifling through vehicles in Prince’s Bay, police said.
Angelo Guadarrama, 31, and Jessica Statile, 29, split in a stolen Corolla when cops pulled up behind them on Ashland Avenue near Lenevar Avenue at 4:30 a.m. Thursday, according to court papers.
The duo hit speeds of 80 mph before crashing two miles away and were busted, sources said.
