Well, that’s not very neighborly.

A brute went ballistic on a fellow resident in a Bushwick apartment building, sources said.

Joseph Williams, 41, allegedly threw a box and four weights at the victim in the building on Patchen Place near Greene Avenue at 7:46 a.m. Tuesday.

“What are you gonna do now!” he screamed before pulling a knife and chasing the victim, then hurling yet another weight at him, the sources said.

Even as the target of his venom dialed 911, Williams allegedly continued to curse at him — and soon found himself under arrest on charges of assault, weapon possession, menacing and harassment.

Three punks called out for pizza, then robbed the deliveryman at gunpoint in Crown Heights, sources said.

At about 10 p.m. last Saturday, Davon Williams, 21, ordered four pies from a pizzeria, then waited outside 1267 Lincoln Ave., the sources said.

When the deliveryman arrived, two of Williams’ pals allegedly grabbed him and put a gun to his back.

The crew allegedly robbed the man of $87 and a cellphone.

Cops tracked down Williams through his cell number, and he was identified by the victim in a lineup before being arrested Tuesday on robbery and grand-larceny charges.

Manhattan

A woman was allegedly twice sexually assaulted in a Midtown karaoke bar, according to police sources.

The 22-year-old victim said she met her first attacker in a nightclub at about 3 a.m. Tuesday and they later hopped in a cab and headed to the bar on 32nd Street near Fifth Avenue.

But the creep started kissing her as they rode an elevator to the lounge, she said, and when she rejected his advances, he pinned her against a wall and sexually assaulted her.

Afterward, she told investigators, she walked to the bar — and one of the suspect’s pals forced her into a room and raped her.

Both men fled and the woman reported the incident to the police. She was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where a rape kit was administered.

A man is under arrest for raping the mother of his child in her Washington Heights home, police sources said.

Jimmy Travis, 23, allegedly shoved the 20-year-old woman onto a bed and attacked her in her apartment on West 176th Street near Amsterdam Avenue at 2:15 p.m. on Jan. 19.

Police tracked him down Tuesday and arrested him on suspicion of rape.

Bronx

Three thugs robbed a man in the lobby of a Parkchester building, police said.

They allegedly jumped their prey at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the high-rise on Metropolitan Avenue near Castle Hill Avenue.

One allegedly flashed a gun before the trio made off with the victim’s cellphone and $150 in cash.

A blood-stained T-shirt helped detectives track down a man and the treasure trove of items he had stolen from a University Heights storage unit, sources said.

Roberto Javier, 24, allegedly slipped into Storage Post Bronx on West Fordham Road near West 207th Street sometime between Nov. 3 and 9 and absconded with 125 pairs of sneakers, 60 watches, 40 perfume bottles and a 32-inch plasma TV.

The owner of the storage unit returned to find it wiped out — except for a bloody T-shirt.

Investigators matched the blood to Javier’s DNA profile, and he was arrested Tuesday on charges of burglary, criminal possession of stolen property, trespassing and grand larceny.

A 50-year-old woman is facing harassment charges after allegedly threatening to kill her estranged girlfriend, authorities said.

Cynthia Oliver repeatedly called on the woman she had dated for six months at the victim’s Waring Avenue residence in Bronxwood on Jan. 1, sources said.

“I’m gonna get you! You’re dead! Jail don’t mean s–t to me! You know that! I’m going to hurt you!” Oliver allegedly yelled.

She was arrested Tuesday.

Staten Island

A seemingly deranged dog hater allegedly vandalized a neighbor’s car in Oakwood because the victim’s pooch wouldn’t stop barking, sources said.

“I’m gonna kill that dog!” Matthew Maiara, 45, yelled after denting the car with a rock outside the woman’s home on Park Street at 4:20 p.m. Thursday, according to court papers.

Responding officers put Maiara, who appeared drunk, in handcuffs, and he was charged with criminal mischief and harassment.
