One man was killed and another wounded yesterday when a bicycle-riding gunman squeezed off several rounds outside an East Harlem housing project, cops said.

LaQuan Parks, 29, was shot in the eye at 12:15 p.m. as he sat in front of the Jackie Robinson Houses on East 128th Street near Lexington Avenue, cops said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His acquaintance, shot in the thigh, was taken to Harlem Hospital.

“I just lost my son,” said the victim’s father, who declined to reveal his name.

Cops said yesterday they’ve arrested the second gunman wanted for murdering an innocent nursing assistant in a tragic case of mistaken identity in Flushing.

Lerome Robinson, 21, was picked up in Albany and charged with murder for Saturday’s fatal shooting of Christina Coleman, police said.

Coleman, 39, was sitting in her car with son Hassan Gil, 18, when Robinson and Malik Wallace allegedly opened fire, killing Coleman and wounding Gil.

Sources said the thugs confused Gil for Coleman’s older son, Mark Coleman, 22, on whom they were looking to exact revenge for an earlier shooting, cops said.

Wallace, 20, was arrested Monday and charged with murder.

The girlfriend of a convicted killer falsely reported a car accident, then gave her boyfriend the replacement rental vehicle he used in a fatal drive-by shooting, authorities said.

Mildred Grant, 28, filed a car-insurance claim stating she was driving the 2000 Mercedes Benz that her lover, Akim Webster, 26, crashed in Port Richmond on Nov. 9, 2009, court documents state.

Grant was awarded $500 cash from the crash settlement and provided with a 2010 blue Ford Fusion, which Webster was driving a week after the crash when he gunned down Kameek Sears, 25, and wounded Donte McKee, 23, on Yale Street in Mariners Harbor, cops said.

Grant was arrested Tuesday and charged with insurance fraud and grand larceny, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

Webster in May was sentenced to 37 years in prison, records show.
