A teen was fatally shot yesterday in a Far Rockaway home.

Cops responding to a 911 call at 1:26 a.m. discovered Ramel Gittens, 19, with a gunshot wound to the chest at 14-30 Hassock St.

Gittens was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he later died.

A 24-year-old suspect was taken into custody at the scene and was being questioned by detectives.

Staten Island

A 31-year-old woman was clinging to life after she was shot in the head yesterday in front of a Mariners Harbor bar.

The shooting took place at 2:30 a.m. outside Shooter’s Sports Lounge on Forest Avenue near Amity Place. She was rushed to Richmond University Hospital in critical condition.

Cops busted Baydr Taylor, who had gotten into a fight with her at the bar.

Taylor, who has a lengthy criminal record, was charged with assault, reckless endangerment and weapons possession.

Bronx

A prowler was nabbed after he tried to steal electronics from a West Farms apartment, authorities said.

The tenant spotted Luis Santiago, 47, allegedly stealing a computer monitor and keyboard from her residence on Crotona Parkway near Fairmount Place at 4:45 a.m. Tuesday.

She grabbed the monitor, and the suspect fled through her living-room window, leaving behind a TV and several coats he also had intended to steal, cops said.

Responding cops nabbed Santiago, who was charged with burglary.

Brooklyn

A woman trashed a Boerum Hill insurance agency after she clashed with a worker over her auto policy, authorities said.

Darnella Ramos, 24, went to One Spirit Insurance on Atlantic Avenue near Nevins Street at 2:40 p.m. July 7 after she received nonpayment notices.

Ramos claimed that she had paid off her $1,776 balance and demanded that the matter be fixed.

When a broker said he couldn’t help Ramos because the policy was under her grandmother’s name, she allegedly snarled, “I’m going to f – – k this place up,” and destroyed a desk phone, trashed a coffee table and broke a window.

Ramos was busted Thursday for criminal mischief and menacing.

The remains of an unidentified woman, wrapped in a plastic bag and stuffed in a shopping cart, were found on the rocky shore of Gravesend Bay yesterday in Bath Beach.

Cops found the body at 6:51 p.m. at Bay 20th Street and Shore Parkway. The cause of death is under investigation.

Manhattan

A shoplifter who had been caught swiping perfume from a Midtown department store tried to bribe her arresting officer, authorities said.

Patricia Weir, 44, was intercepted by a guard after she allegedly stuffed two bottles of perfume worth $104 into her bag at JC Penny on West 33rd Street at 3:15 p.m. July 8.

When a responding officer went to slap handcuffs on Weir, she said, “I will give you $500 to let me go,” court papers claim. Then she allegedly upped the ante, saying, “I will give you $1,000 for a [desk-appearance ticket]. I can’t go back to jail.”

She was charged with bribery and petit larceny.

A female thief choked a woman for just $11 during an attack in a Midtown office tower, authorities said.

Candi Holland, 36, shoved the victim up against the wall of an elevator in the building on West 31st Street near Broadway at about 5:45 p.m. July 8 and demanded money as she pressed her arm against the woman’s neck, court papers claim.

The victim handed over $11, and Holland fled, only to be collared Thursday, cops said.

Four shoplifters were arrested for swiping $1,000 worth of eyeglass frames from a LensCrafters in Midtown, authorities said.

Gelisa Greenridge, 21, and Errol Larose, 40, distracted employees in the shop on Fifth Avenue near West 45th Street at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday while Michael Eversley, 42, stuffed the frames into a foil-lined bag held by Richard Vester, court papers claim.

All four were charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
