A crazed man clocked two strangers in Midtown, cops said.
William Kroll, 31, allegedly decked a 47-year- old man at 31st Street and Eighth Avenue at 4 p.m. on Aug 6.
He then headed uptown to the Port Authority Bus Terminal at 41st and Eighth and struck a 63-year-old man in the face and tried to pickpocket him, cops said.
Kroll was arrested at the terminal.
Queens
A young woman was shot dead early yesterday in Jamaica, cops said.
Michilene Digirolomo, 20, got into a fight with a female acquaintance on 160th Street near 108th Avenue.
The acquaintance took off but a man approached and blasted Digirolomo once in the chest. She died at the scene, cops said.
Brooklyn
A woman was charged with the fatal stabbing of her boyfriend outside the Gowanus Houses in Boerum Hill, cops said.
Shelly Luciano, 28, allegedly knifed Jack Archin, 36, once in the chest at 2:30 a.m. yesterday.
The Bronx
A Soundview woman who worked for a private investigation firm found herself on the wrong end of the spyglass when state Department of Labor investigators discovered she had unlawfully collected unemployment, authorities said.
Sandra Fernandez, 34, was laid off by Murdoch Security in May 2008 and began receiving weekly unemployment benefits of $200, court papers state.
However, she took a new job with Elite Investigations Ltd. that November yet allegedly collected more than $16,000 in unemployment before she was busted Tuesday.

A Norwood family was robbed at gunpoint by two crooks disguised as city workers, cops said.
At 7:10 p.m. on May 6, the robbers (pictured here) were armed with handguns when they knocked on the door of an apartment on East Mosholu Parkway North, near Kossuth Avenue, and announced they were city child-welfare workers.
The thugs, neatly dressed and carrying briefcase-style bags, then forced their way into the apartment and robbed the occupants.
Staten Island
Cops busted a boozy driver who tried to flee an accident in New Springville, authorities said.
Lynn Santa, 44, allegedly slammed her Ford Windstar into a parked Toyota Avalon near Merrymount and Shiloh streets at 1 a.m. Thursday and tried to take off.
She was busted and charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.
