Police officers breaking up a Midland Beach booze party found themselves confronted by a mouthy mob of misbehaving miscreants, authorities said.

Cops spotted Ruben Rivera, 21, holding two 40-ounce beers at Graham Boulevard and Freeborn Street at midnight on Friday and chased him into a nearby house party, court papers said.

When police tried to speak with the homeowner, an unidentified man shoved a female officer and slammed the door in her face.

About 20 people then fled the raging rave, but cops managed to collar Rivera, along with Gisel Hernandez, 24, Stephen Fasano, 20, and Ricardo Rodriguez, 21.

“F- – k the police. You are all p- – – – – s. Take your badges off,” Rivera allegedly snarled while throwing down his beer and putting up his dukes.

All four resisted arrest and were charged with disorderly conduct, inciting a riot and obstructing governmental administration, cops said.

Manhattan

Two women used a foil-lined bag to smuggle three Chanel purses valued at $8,200 out of Bloomingdale’s, authorities said.

Neshon Bowen, 24, and Onica Thompson, 32, swiped the pricey items

Wednesday, court papers state.

They were nabbed waltzing past several registers without paying, cops said.

A woman was caught stealing pants and a dress from a SoHo clothing boutique, authorities said.

Natasha Parks, 24, allegedly tried to hide the $230 worth of merchandise in a shopping bag while inside swanky Top Shop on Broadway, near Broome Street, at 8:30 p.m. last Friday.

Brooklyn

A jewelry thief stuffed his umbrella with seven pairs of gold earrings at Kings Plaza Mall in Marine Park — but was thwarted by security, cops said.

John Reich, 34, was in Macy’s Sunday when he was spied on surveillance video shoving $3,500 worth of bling into the folds of his parasol, authorities said.

Bronx

This was no laughing matter.

A deranged woman named Houmble Giggles, who was allegedly high on drugs, assaulted a police officer in Pelham Gardens, cops said.

“Somebody’s about to get f- – ked up out here,” Giggles, 30, barked when she walked up to a police officer on East Gun Hill Road, near Allerton Avenue Wednesday, court documents state.

Giggles then slugged the officer and hauled her to the ground while yanking on her hair, authorities said.

She slammed the officer’s face on the pavement before reinforcements arrived and cuffed her.

Officers searched the woman’s backpack and found crack, cocaine and marijuana, police said.

Two hoodlums held up a cyclist in Soundview, cops said.

Hector Maldanado, 25, and a cohort allegedly ambushed the biker at Leland and O’Brien avenues on July 30.

The biker tried to pedal off, but was stopped when Maldanado shoved his foot between the bike’s wheels and slugged the rider in the face, cops said.

He and his pal snagged a gold chain, an iPod and a cellphone before running off.

Maldanado was picked up Aug. 8.

Police are seeking help in finding a man who went missing from his Westchester Village home.

Jonathan Ibisch (pictured), 38, was last seen Saturday at 7:45 a.m. inside his Overing Street residence.

Ibisch, who is of poor mental health, is 6-foot-3 and weighs 175 pounds, police said.
