* A man and a teenager were hospitalized early yesterday after they were shot on a Flatbush street, police said.

The 35-year-old man was hit in the leg, and the 15-year-old boy was struck in the torso at Flatbush Avenue and Beverly Road around 5:30 a.m.

The victims were taken to Kings County Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition. Police are searching for a suspect.

* A 46-year-old man was shot early yesterday when he tried to break up a fight between two men on a Flatbush street, cops said.

Police did not know what triggered the fight, but said Dennis Glenworth suffered leg, stomach and chest wounds at Parkside and Bedford avenues around 2 a.m.

The two men, who apparently did not know Glenworth, fled. The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Police said it was not immediately clear who shot Glenworth.

* A 36-year-old man told cops he was shot early yesterday as he stood on a Crown Heights street corner.

The man was shot in the hand at Washington Avenue and Empire Boulevard around 5 a.m., when he heard several shots and realized he’d been hit. It was not immediately clear if he was the intended target.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

* An 18-year-old man was found unconscious early yesterday after he was stabbed several times in Flatbush, police said.

The victim, who suffered four stab wounds to his chest and back, was discovered at Church and Flatbush avenues around 2 a.m.

He was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in serious but stable condition. Police did not know the motive for the attack.

* A 29-year-old man was shot in the stomach yesterday after a thug accosted him in East Flatbush, police said.

The victim was wounded at East 48th Street and Church Avenue around 3 a.m., when the assailant pulled a gun and opened fire for reasons that were not immediately clear. The shooter fled.

The wounded man was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

MANHATTAN

* A Bronx man was killed after an out-of-control driver plowed into a minivan that struck another vehicle on the University Heights Bridge in Inwood, police said yesterday.

Peter Arroyo was the front-seat passenger in a 1991 Acura heading west on the bridge around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, when the driver slammed on the brakes to avoid rear-ending a vehicle ahead of him that was slowing down.

The Acura lost control and crossed over to the eastbound lane, smashing into a 1985 minivan. The impact caused the minivan to crash into a 1992 minivan. Arroyo was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he died.

Others hurt in the accident were treated for minor injuries at local hospitals. No arrests were made, and no summonses were issued.

STATEN ISLAND

* A Staten Island man has been arrested for shooting an acquaintance at a Grymes Hill gas station, authorities said yesterday.

Stacey English was charged with assault in Sunday afternoon’s shooting of the 31-year-old man on Targee Street near Hillside Avenue.

English fled but was later captured at an apartment building on Holland Avenue in Arlington. The victim walked to St. Vincent’s Hospital of Staten Island, where he was listed in stable condition.
