A gun-wielding goon shot at a man who tried to stop him from harassing someone in a wheelchair on the Upper East Side, authorities said.

Christian Rivera, 20, was taunting a disabled resident in the lobby of the Isaacs Houses on East 93rd Street at around 4:30 p.m. Oct. 31 when the good Samaritan ordered him to stop, court papers say.

Rivera told the man to mind his own business, and warned that he would return with a gun, cops said.

Moments later, he allegedly made good on the threat and squeezed off a round that shattered the glass door of the building.

Rivera was busted Sunday and charged with attempted murder and weapons possession.

The suspect, wearing a blue bandanna over his face, passed the clerk a demand note at around 12:30 a.m. through the window opening of the booth at the 121st Street station on Jamaica Avenue.

When the clerk casually returned the note, the would-be crook ordered him to open the door and jammed the muzzle of what appeared to be a gun through the slot.

The plucky victim blocked the muzzle with his hands, and the goon fled into a train that was just arriving at the station.

He suffered a severe cut to his left leg and was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

When the father attempted to grab the bag, Hodges went berserk, repeatedly slashing his hands and wrists, according to court paper.
