Cops have released the above photo of the thug wanted for snatching an iPhone from a woman on the Lower East Side.

The mugger targeted the 29-year-old victim as she was walking and talking on her phone on Rutgers Street at about 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 29.

He yanked the device away, but the brave victim gave chase and took it back.

“You want your f–king phone back, bitch?” the goon snarled before returning the iPhone. Surveillance cameras captured several pictures of the suspect fleeing into 38 Rutgers St.

A 32-year-old woman broke her shoulder, hip, wrist and knee while fleeing armed intruders in her Bedford-Stuyvesant apartment early yesterday, authorities said.

The victim escaped through a 15-foot high window as masked men bound and gagged her 37-year-old sister during the violent break-in at 4:15 a.m. in their home at Flushing and Nostrand avenues, cops said.

The suspects, believed to be in their 20s, brandished a gun and a sharp instrument while searching the home but fled empty-handed, cops added.

Investigators believe the criminals entered the apartment through an unlocked door on a balcony.

The injured woman was taken to Bellevue Hospital.

An unhinged man allegedly attacked his teenage stepson after accusing the boy of stealing his marijuana stash from their Soundview apartment, authorities said.

William Renner, 43, choked the 15-year-old victim and slugged him in the face multiple times in their residence on Stratford Avenue near Westchester Avenue at 1 p.m. on Nov. 27, court papers state.

“I’m going to break your arm. You stole my weed to smoke yourself!” Renner allegedly snarled before smashing his stepson’s cellphone and computer.

He was arrested Saturday on charges of assault, criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing, authorities said.

Staten Island

A convicted scam artist from West Brighton recruited a friend to pose as her so she could land a job as a home health aide, authorities said.

Lola Olanrewaju, 48, knew she wouldn’t get hired because she was found guilty in April 2008 of stealing a co-worker’s identity to buy a house, which she then mortgaged to the max before fleeing with the money.

In her latest ruse, Olanrewaju had a pal go for fingerprinting on Aug. 23, 2010, so the suspect could pass a state-mandated background check, court papers allege.

Olanrewaju also lied on employment applications about her criminal history, investigators said.

She was arrested Monday and admitted she had hatched the scheme “because she could not get a job, since she just gotten out of jail,” court papers state.
