A pervert swiped jewelry and two pairs of panties from the home of a Borough Park woman early on New Year’s Day, cops said yesterday.

The victim was ringing in the new year at a party when the alarm company monitoring her home alerted her, sources said.

The burglary occurred at 12:20 a.m. Sunday when Rolando Ramirez, 24, broke into the victim’s home on 62nd street near 19th Avenue and swiped panties and jewelry, police sources said.

When the woman was contacted by the alarm company, she dispatched her son-in-law, who went to the home and spotted Ramirez climbing out the basement window, police said.

Ramirez was busted on a burglary rap, cops said.

A thug shot a livery cabdriver the neck in Brooklyn Heights, cops said yesterday.

The bloodshed took place at 10:30 p.m. on New Year’s Eve when the driver arrived at 108 Willow St. with passenger Marvin Lagos-Garcia, 19, sources said.

At the destination, Lagos-Garcia said he had no money, then pulled a revolver and shot the driver in the trachea, sources said.

The gunman was caught nearby, and cops recovered the revolver in a knapsack, police said.

Lagos-Garcia reportedly claimed to cops that the gun accidentally discharged when the cabby skidded to a halt.

Lagos-Garcia was charged with first-degree assault cops said.

A man sexually assaulted a woman walking home in Williamsburg early after New Year’s Eve, police said.

The suspect allegedly grabbed the woman and pulled her into a garage, where he acted like he was in possession of a gun and told the 23-year-old victim to remain quiet.

He then assaulted her and fled, cops said.

The suspect is believed to be between 20 and 25 years old, standing 5-foot-8 and weighing 150 pounds with a thin frame.

He was wearing a gray jacket with a hood and a dark baseball cap.

A teen was shot dead execution-style in Brownsville, cops said.

The body of the victim, whose name had not been released as of last night, was found with two gunshot wounds to the back of the head at 11:48 p.m. Monday on the first floor of a building in the Marcus Garvey Houses, on East New York Avenue near Strauss Street, cops said.

EMS responding to a 911 call pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

The victim had prior arrests, for arson, grand larceny and assault, police said.

A seething sibling smashed her sister in the face with a phone during a fight in their West Brighton home, authorities said.

Ikrame Yassine, 20, hit the victim so hard during the brawl, at about 3 p.m. on Dec. 12 in the home on Davis Avenue, that the victim required 14 stitches to close the gash above her left eye, court papers state.

Yassine was arrested on charges of assault, weapons possession and harassment, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

It’s unclear what sparked the brawl.

A fashion-oriented thief tried to rob high-end goods from a SoHo department store, police said.

Crystal Bryant, 44, and an unknown accomplice were in the Bloomingdale’s on Broadway near Broome Street at 5 p.m. Thursday when the would-be thief tried to hide expensive goods among his possessions and exit without paying, cops said.

Bryant was busted for grand larceny, gun possession and other charges, cops said.
