An admitted scammer passed a forged prescription at an Upper East Side pharmacy in a vain stab at scoring some oxycodone, authorities said.
Agatha Perry, 53, handed the fake script to a pharmacist at the Duane Reade at 1352 First Ave. at 3:40 p.m. Feb. 20, court papers state.
The pharmacy contacted cops, and detectives said that when they caught up with her on March 5, Perry confessed to knowing the prescription was forged.
The doctor whose name was on the script told investigators he didn’t know Perry, according to the criminal complaint.
Perry’s priors include an arrest last March for alleged drug dealing, records show.

Talk about a hard sell.
Dwayne Brown, 29, was in the Target on Flatbush Avenue in Boerum Hill when he cursed at and tried to choke a 20-year-old employee — for the sin of trying to sell him an item that Brown obviously didn’t want, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.
Brown allegedly took time to take off his jacket before going after the young man, who was left complaining of dizziness, the sources said.
A fellow worker broke them up, and a police officer who happened to be in the store radioed for backup.
A second officer arrived and took the fuming Brown into custody. He was charged with assault.

Caleb White, 16, spotted his mark on 45th Avenue near 21st Street at 3 p.m. on Jan. 16 in Long Island City, police said.
The victim had on Prada sneakers and a Gucci belt, and White allegedly demanded that they be turned over to him. When the victim hesitated, the teen flashed the handgun, according to court papers.
The victim relented and forked over his pricey duds — and then watched in shock as White changed into his new kicks and threw his old ones at the victim before fleeing, cops said.
White was busted on March 2 for robbery, said a spokeswoman for DA Richard Brown.
