Police are on the hunt for a perverted burglar who groped a Crown Heights woman, authorities said.
Mussiah Mooney (top photo), allegedly broke into the apartment of his 22-year-old victim on Park Place through a rear window, grabbed her breast, and then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash about 2:40 a.m. Monday.
Police say Mooney, 26, is about 5-foot-9 and 185 pounds.

A mentally ill Midwood woman died in police custody yesterday, cops said.
The mother of Diana Prizova, 40, called cops about 7:50 p.m. Thursday after her daughter turned violent and began destroying their apartment on Ocean Avenue, near Avenue K, authorities said.
Cops took the woman into custody and sent her in an ambulance to New York Community Hospital, where she had a heart attack and was pronounced dead at 4:20 a.m., police said.
Prizova had a history of alcohol and drug abuse, according to law-enforcement sources.

A Bronx teen stole a gold chain from a man at knifepoint in Mount Hope and threatened to kill the victim if he called cops, court records show.
Michael Busgith, 17, approached his target with an unidentified accomplice on Topping Avenue at around 1 p.m. Tuesday, shoved the victim against the wall and ordered the friend to “pop it” before the pal ripped the jewelry from the victim, documents state.
Busgith then pulled a knife from his back pocket and put it to the victim’s neck, warning, “If you call the cops, I’ll kill you.”
Busgith was charged Thursday with 17 counts including robbery, grand larceny, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, possession of stolen property and harassment.

Two fraudsters working in a city Department of Homeless Services building were busted after authorities found them posing as engineers, law-enforcement sources said.
FDNY officials inspecting permits at a Highbridge building on East 151st Street found phony engineer licenses for José Andrades, 46, and Dennis Sheehan, 39, at around 1 p.m. on Jan. 12, court documents state.
They were charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.

A cold-hearted thug with a record that includes assaulting a woman in two separate incidents neglected two dogs so badly that one of the desperate pets ate wires before dying of starvation, records show.
James Jones, 30, of Staten Island, was arrested Thursday for torturing and injuring the pit bulls, ages 1 and 3, during the four hellish months they were in the brute’s care, court records show.
The dogs were found nearly dead in January after an anonymous tip led ASPCA probers to an empty garage at 308 York Ave.
A veterinarian who examined the poor canine victims said they were so dehydrated, weak and emaciated that their bones protruded from their body.
The one that died soon after being found had plastic, insulated wire and other nonfood items in its otherwise empty stomach, according to court records.
Jones, who has an address on Richmond Terrace as well as one on Boston Road in The Bronx, has been arrested at least 10 times in 12 years, including twice for assaulting women, records show.

A pint-sized burglar broke into an Astoria restaurant and swiped an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing, cops said.
The burglar, described by cops as about 5-foot-1 and 120 pounds, smashed a window and slipped inside Pollos a la Brasa Mario on Broadway at around 5 a.m., Wednesday, restaurant workers and police said.
The eatery’s surveillance camera captured the thug (bottom photo) wearing a red cap and a blanket over his head.

A creep has been terrorizing women in Jackson Heights, groping four victims on the street in separate incidents before fleeing, police said.
The pervert (police sketch) strikes at random hours and his targets range in age from 19 to 47 years of age.
He first targeted a 22-year-old victim on March 22 at 8:35 p.m. He also fondled three other women the following week.
His last known attack took place at 5:15 p.m. Monday.
Cops described the suspect as a male Hispanic between 5-foot-5 and 5-8.
