Police yesterday released this photo of a man accused of grabbing a 9-year-old girl’s butt on the Lower East Side.

The image was captured on surveillance camera at about 4:45 p.m. on April 14 at Avenue C and East 13th Street, police sources said.

The suspect — in his 30s, about 5-foot-9 and 240 pounds, with graying black hair — wore a blue long-sleeved shirt, dark jeans and white wire-rimmed glasses, cops said.

When cops caught up with an infamous ex-con wanted for questioning in a carjacking from a West 14th Street parking garage, he confessed — explaining that he needed a getaway car for a bank robbery he was planning, police sources said.

Joseph Edward Stephens, 59, is a high-rolling gambler once featured on TV’s “America’s Most Wanted’’ for robbing 22 banks across the country and taunting cops by phone while on the run.

Stephens was sprung from federal prison on April 14 after serving 25 years for those heists — but less than two months later, he allegedly handcuffed an Icon Parking Garage worker at gunpoint and sped off in a stolen Toyota.

When caught in that car last week in Waldwick, NJ, during a routine street sweep, Stephens had on him a toy gun and $4,800 from a TD Bank branch in Oakland, NJ, that he had just held up, cops said.

He also was carrying $300 found to have been stolen on April 12 from a Williamsburg cheese-factory worker who was left handcuffed, along with his teenage son, to a forklift, investigators said.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested after groping three women in Central Park, authorities said.

Andrew Abdullah intercepted a jogger on Cross and East drives at 5 p.m. Friday, asked her, “Wanna come to my party?” and then squeezed her rear end, witnesses told police.

One witness added that the teen had pulled the same trick on two other women just moments earlier, a law-enforcement source said.

Abdullah was charged with sexual abuse and harassment, sources said.

Brooklyn

Cops are looking for a man caught on surveillance video shooting two men in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

One victim was wounded in a leg, the other in the right arm and buttocks, cops said.

The suspect was described as 19 or 20 years old and about 5-foot-9.

A man wearing an NYPD jacket robbed a deliveryman in Borough Park, law-enforcement sources said.

The suspect opened the front door of an apartment building on 10th Avenue and Fort Hamilton Parkway as the victim arrived at about 10 p.m. Sunday, sources said.

The man allegedly waited for the worker to complete the delivery, then ambushed him at gunpoint in a stairwell while yelling, “Gimme the f—in’ money!”

The deliveryman handed over about $150 and the suspect ran off, investigators said.

The Bronx

A 22-year-old man was gunned down on a Mott Haven street yesterday afternoon, authorities said.

Mark Williams was shot on East 140th Street near Willis Avenue at about 12:20 p.m., police said.

“I was double-parking my car, and I heard about five shots,” a witness told detectives. “I saw a tan car pull up and swing the passenger door open. It then took off.”

EMTs rushed Williams to Lincoln Hospital, but doctors there pronounced him dead.

No arrest had been made as of last night, and investigators said the motive for the shooting was not immediately known.
