A Bayside woman was raped and her home ransacked yesterday as her child slept in another room, police said.

Three men broke into the house on 206th Street through the basement just after 1 a.m.

One man tied up and sexually assaulted the 37-year-old woman as his accomplices pillaged the house, stealing about $300 in cash, a credit card, jewelry, a 42-inch television and a DVD player.

The victim was taken to New York Hospital of Queens in stable condition. Her child, the only other person in the house, was unharmed.

A 21-year-old man was arrested in the August shooting of another man during an argument on a Jamaica street, police said yesterday.

Karsheen Jamison pulled a gun and shot the 27-year-old victim three times in the torso at 164th Street and 89th Avenue around 5 p.m. on Aug. 26, police said.

It was not immediately clear what sparked the confrontation.

The victim was taken to Mary Immaculate, where he was treated and released.

Police apprehended Jamison on Wednesday and charged him with assault.

A 23-year-old man was shot in the buttocks by a gunman in a Flushing club yesterday, police said.

The man had argued with his attacker in Club 1st Class at Kissena Boulevard near Mulberry Avenue around 4 a.m.

Afterward, the assailant went into the bathroom and came out brandishing a gun.

He shot his victim and fled. The wounded man was taken to New York Hospital of Queens, where he was listed in stable condition.

Brooklyn

A Canarsie man was arrested in the shooting of a 20-year-old and the fatal shooting of a Bloods gang member last year, police said yesterday.

According to cops, Franz Mullings, 20, was brandishing a gun when he approached Anthony Erwin and another man behind an apartment building at Avenue K near East 82nd Street on June 29.

Mullings opened fire for reasons that remain unclear, hitting Erwin five times in the chest and the other man once in his buttocks, cops said. Erwin staggered to a nearby alley, where he collapsed and died. The other victim was not seriously injured.

Police grabbed Mullings on Wednesday and charged him with murder and attempted murder.

Staten Island

A Grasmere man struggled with cops after pummeling his wife in their home, authorities said yesterday.

Robert Hollins, 45, punched wife Patricia three times in the face in the residence at Norway Avenue near Kramer Street around 3 p.m. on Wednesday, cops said.

The victim suffered a bloody nose, a cheek laceration and bruises.

Cops tried to cuff Hollins, who flailed his arms and kicked his feet before they restrained him.

He was charged with assault, resisting arrest and harassment.

A 41-year-old man tried to bribe a police lieutenant to release him after he was arrested for selling more than $1,000 in counterfeit CDs and DVDs in Grasmere, authorities said yesterday.

Lt. Edward Armstrong spotted Kwok Lui selling DVDs such as “Elf,” “Lord of the Rings: Return of the King” and “Paycheck” at Parkinson Avenue and Kramer Street around 2 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.

After the lieutenant arrested Liu, the suspect unsuccessfully tried to bribe him with $44, saying, “Take the money and just let me go.”

Liu was charged with trademark counterfeiting and bribery.

Manhattan

Cops aren’t sure whether a Westchester man stabbed on an East Harlem street yesterday has told them the whole story, sources say.

The 22-year-old victim said he was confronted by an unidentified man in his mid-20s who produced a knife and demanded cash at East 126th Street and Park Avenue.

The victim said that during a struggle, the assailant pulled a hypodermic needle and stabbed his hand before fleeing at 1 a.m.

The wounded man was taken to Metropolitan Hospital, where he was released after treatment.
