* A note-passing bank robber (above) who has been making unauthorized withdrawals in the early mornings struck again yesterday – his sixth heist in two months, police said.

The suspect showed up at an Independence branch, at 301 Avenue U in the Sheepshead Bay section, at 9:45 a.m. and handed a demand note to a teller.

The thief then fled south on Avenue U with an undetermined amount of cash.

The thief first struck on Dec. 17 at 10:22 a.m. when he walked into an Independence branch at 2357 86th St. in Bensonhurst, handed a teller a note and fled with an undetermined sum.

He also struck on Dec. 22 at a Commerce branch on Avenue U in Sheepshead Bay; on Jan. 5 at an Independence branch in Bensonhurst and an Interbank branch in Bay Ridge; and last Wednesday at a Greenpoint branch in Bay Ridge.

In some cases he has made verbal demands for money, police said.

It is believed the robber has made off with more than $20,000 in his early-morning heists.

He was described as a stocky white man, in his late 30s to early 40s, between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-8, 190 to 220 pounds, with black hair and dark sunglasses, a hooded sweater and brown work gloves.

* A Brownsville teen taunted and threatened a 24-year-old transgender man on a Bushwick street early yesterday afternoon, police said.

Jude Fermard, 18, allegedly pulled up to the victim and made disparaging remarks about his lifestyle and shouted gay slurs before waving a gun at him, cops said.

The victim flagged down a passing police car and reported the bias incident.

Fermard was arrested and charged with menacing and weapons possession.

* Police are looking for an East New York teen who has been missing for more than three weeks.

Dignna Agrisonis (above), 16, who was reported missing by her family – was last seen at 7:10 a.m. on Jan. 23 near her home at 530 Hendrix St.

Agrisonis is 5-foot-4, 110 pounds with a thin build and black hair and brown eyes.

She was wearing a red down jacket and three earrings in each ear.

MANHATTAN

* Police yesterday identified a man found dead on the roof of his Inwood apartment building.

Robert Dell, 35, was jumping from roof to roof at 2 p.m. on Monday afternoon when he missed the landing of his Nagle Avenue building, slamming into a protruding I-beam.

THE BRONX

* A construction worker fell to his death yesterday morning in Morrisania, police said.

The accident occurred at 8:40 a.m. when Calwain Brown tried to go down a ladder from the roof of the building under construction at 1180 Jackson Ave. onto a scaffold, but slipped and fell.

Brown was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital where he died.

STATEN ISLAND (s, lcf)

* A masked man robbed a Grasmere bagel shop of more than $30,000 in lottery-ticket revenue, police said yesterday.

The gun-wielding thief – dressed in black – walked in the shop at 1399 Hylan Boulevard at 3:05 a.m. on Monday, waved a gun at two employees and locked them in a back room, cops said.

Then the suspect stole $1,400 from the store’s register and approximately $30,000 in lottery-ticket proceeds from a desk drawer before fleeing, police said. No one was injured in the heist.

QUEENS (s, lcf)

* A trio of thugs shot a 30-year-old man during a robbery on a Woodside street, police said yesterday.

The victim – whose name was not released – was shot once in the abdomen at 70-11 Queens Boulevard at 10:30 p.m. on Monday night, cops said.

He was taken to Elmhurst hospital in stable condition. His assailants are still at large.
